  The pictures that are online are very accurate but it is more beautiful in person. We had both of our elderly Moms along so it was great being on the first floor. The beds are very comfortable and even the pull out sofa which my daughter slept on was. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are plenty of towels for the pool and showering. Having the washer and dryer was great. Other places that we have stayed at they are behind locked doors. The pool and hot tub area was really nice. Only a few people were there so it wasn't crowded. It was also very quiet and relaxing. There are alot of great restaurants in the area to go to. We would definitly go back! Thanks Marie for sharing your beautiful home!

  My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy this incredible condo for the second year in a row. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was very well equipped from luxurious linens to every kitchen gadget one could imagine. The furnishings from the bedrooms to the living room sofa were extremely comfortable and just beautiful. We spent a great deal of time at the pool/hot tub. It was fantastic! A real stress reducer. We felt like we were in a five-star hotel. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the atmosphere was extremely quiet. The central location of the condo allowed easy access for baseball spring training games as well as shopping in "old Scottsdale", many tourist attractions, delectable restaurants, (BUSTER'S is terrific!), and wonderful walking paths. The owners made us feel very welcome both times we have experienced their condo. We really appreciated it. We would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Scottsdale and the surrounding areas in complete comfort.

  WE FOUND THE PROPERTY TO BE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN SCOTTSDALE FOR THE WHOLE OF 6 WEEKS. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT AND THE ACCOMPANYING PICTURES WERE VERY ACCURATE. IT IS PERFECTLY LOCATED CLOSE TO ALL SORTS OF SHOPPING AND DINING NEEDS. JUST A FEW SHORT MINUTES AND YOU CAN BE ON THE 101 LOOP HEADING TO THE NORTH AND SEDONA, OR TO THE SOUTH TOWARD TEMPE,MESA, OR THE AIRPORT. IT IS A SPACIOUS AND WELL EQUIPPED CONDO, WITH ASSIGNED PARKING RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. ON ARRIVAL, THE UNIT WAS AS CLEAN AS A WHISTLE, AND THE OWNER EVEN HAD A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS ON THE TABLE.........HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Thank-you Marie for a wonderful stay. My husband and I enjoyed your condo very much. Everything we needed was provided, well-stocked and very homey. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the East Indian champagne buffet so we left you the pamphlet! The condo was perfectly situated in Scottsdale and close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to friends and hope to come again. Thanks again!

  Excellent location for getting to all things in the Phoenix area. Perfect for our family of 5. Easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The pool was very relaxing and never to crowded. Close to shopping, golf, and Malls. Thanks for allowing us to stay and for being so accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation and will be staying again on our next trip to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Thanks Marie! Shawn

  First to rent this VRBO and late with the review (sorry M&L). The unit itself was great and very comfortable in a super location. The owners were tremendous and very accomodating to help us get their new unit up and running. This unit is at the top of our list when we come back to Scottsdale.

  The condo was exactly as described and very well maintained. The owner's seem to have gone the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Other than buying food & refreshments, everything we needed was already on hand. For a golf vacation, the location is very central as in seven days we visited seven different courses and never travelled more than 25 minutes. The pool and hot tub facilities helped greatly in relaxing upon returning from each round of golf. Definitely would return on any visit to the Scottsdale area.

  Our family had a great time when we stayed here. The condo was everything and more that we could have asked for. It was very well furnished and supplied and we felt right at home and will definitely come back if we are in Scottsdale in the future. The condo was beautiful and the grounds and pool area was perfect, morning coffee on the private patio then off to the pool. Great location that is close to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing and hiking, and it was nice to be centrally located to where ever you needed to be in the Phoenix area. Thanks again for making our vacation a memorable one, we could not have asked for anything more.

  This was our first visit to Scottsdale. And we cannot wait to go back. We have 2 very active boys (5 & 7)! This condo was perfect for us in so many ways. Not only was the condo immaculate and homey, but the location was central to anything and everything. It was stocked with all we needed (coffee maker, dishwasher, pool towels, linens, TP, pans, washer/dryer). The first day we were in Scottsdale we hiked the summit trail on Camelback Mountain. It is about a 15 -20 minute drive away. Get there early to park and hike. We would play in the pool every afternoon then go and have dinner. There are so many great restaurants to choose from. We went to the Phoenix Zoo, McDonald Railroad, other trails to hike, Old Town Scottsdale, JW Marriott Camelback Inn, Scottsdale Quarter (shopping and dinner), and the Frank Lloyd Wright house. All these places were 10-15 minutes away. So very easy to get anywhere. There is a large grocery store (Frys) and other things (restaurants, gas station, food, pharmacy) within 1 mile either way on Via Linda. The condo building is very quiet and the parking spot is the second closest spot. We had no worries with anything. Thanks, again for letting us rent your beautiful condo.

  GORGEOUS - SPOTLESS - CENTRALLY LOCATED - SERENE - what more could you ask for in a condo in Scottsdale!!!!!!! There was absolutely not one thing that my husband and I would have needed for our incredible stay. We loved it!!!!! We would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to everyone. No pets and no parties allowed please!

Deposits are due at the time of booking. No bookings will be confirmed unless deposit is paid and contract has been submitted back to the owner. Full payments are required within 30 days of check in. An invoice will be submitted via email for payments due.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

- All prices include sales taxes.

- $300 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will hold your booking as well as double as a damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded approximately one week after check out if everything checks out satisfactory.

- Additional $150 cleaning fee.
