My family of four stayed at this house for two weeks and enjoyed it so much we arranged to stay for an additional 5 days. The house is in excellent condition with all the facilities you need. The pool is an extremely good size and always warm. The location of the house is perfect for the shops and beaches. I would recommend this house for any family with young children or teenagers. For any Brits considering this house the rental procedure is simple.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family spent a week there and we loved it! It has a great layout, it is well equipped and in a great location. It is comfortable with a nice open kitchen for those that like to cook. They have great bikes, toys for the pool, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We hated to have to leave, especially my 3 year old! The owners were wonderful during the whole process and I would definitely recommend staying here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Our family stayed in the home over spring break and had a wonderfull time. The home had everything we needed, the pool was warm and every thing was clean and in good repair. We have been vacationing in Marco for many years and have rented several homes but this was by far the nicest, Lisa and Patrick were friendly and great to deal with. We wish we could have stayed longer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We fell in love with Marco Island and all that it offers after visiting throughout the years. We enjoy golf, tennis, fishing and the beach. We call Marco Island our home away from home and we look foward to building many wonderful memories in our beautiful waterfront home and invite you to do so as well!
