This villa has been completely remodeled! All new wood floors (living area & bedroom) and tile (hallway, kitchen, bath), new bathroom, new closets, new furnishings, new beds, new fans in living area and bedroom, all new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and top of the line silestone countertops! It is in fantastic condition!
This DIRECT OCEANFRONT Villa is located on the first floor and provides beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean. The Villa is actually elevated with dynamic beach and ocean views. Many first floor Villas sit so low that the dunes completely obstruct your view. NOT THIS VILLA! You can see it all! AND... You just cannot get any closer! Don't be mistaken by 'Oceanview' Villa's claiming to be Oceanfront. Our villa is ABSOLUTELY OCEANFRONT! Your perfect vacation rental has just become even better! Sleeping accommodations include a Master Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a bunk-bed (two singles) area located off the main hallway.
The Breakers complex is comprised of 120 separate units in a three story-building complex. There are only 45 direct oceanfront units in this complex and YOU will be in one of them! Located on the first floor, there is no hassle of walking up flights of stairs. This Villa is perfectly situated to take advantage of true oceanfront living! There is also an impeccably maintained oceanfront pool PLUS a Kiddies pool just a few steps away. All surrounded by a large sun deck area with lounge chairs provided. YOUR VIEW HOWEVER IS NOT OVERLOOKING THE POOL OR PARKING LOT (JUST OCEAN), so you have privacy as well as convenience.
Breakers is located in the popular Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza, famous for it's over 60 shops and restaurants is located immediately across the street. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away.
This unit is a non-smoking Villa with no pets allowed. 30% Deposit plus refundable security (1st time guests only) required to reserve. Must be occupied by an Adult 25 years or older. All Rates include cleaning services. 11% South Carolina tax additional.

My husband and I always stay at Breakers. We love this unit. It's right on the beach. Just a few steps to walk up and down to get to the pool. It's very close to shopping and restaurants. The unit is always clean and well maintained. We never think of staying anywhere else but at Breakers. You won't be disappointed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for almost 20 years and the past three we have stayed at the Breakers. This unit is awesome as you really feel that you are at the beach with it's decor. The listing descrption and pictures give you a good idea of the unit and it is well maintained. The owner has been great with us the past three years in making it both easy to rent and handling any items. While it sleeps up to five it is best suited for 2 to 4. First and foremost the VIEW is fantastic as it is first floor oceanfront (but the first floor at the Breakers sits up about 10 feet). Parking is beneath the building so it is easy to load and unload your car (about 38 steps to the best spot...my son counts!) You are literally at the beach so it is just steps away and the public beach is near so you can have seclusion or be among the crowd by just moving a "hundred yards or so" up and down the beach. The Breakers is near Coligny Circle which provides you with many shops and restaurants just a short walk from your unit. I would definitely recommend this unit if coming to Hilton Head if you are looking for a nicely maintained unit, an incredible location at a very affordable price!!!

This condo is perfect for my families vacation. Ocean-front and an easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. We found it through VRBO for our first trip to HiltonHead, and with no hesitation booked it again for the next years visit. Inside everything is always clean, maintained and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked and modern. Love the washer and dryer. The kids think the bunk-beds are awesome, while the private bedroom with TV is great for me and my wife. The balcony is almost right on the beach, with confortable chairs to relax and take it all in. The pool is quit and clean, with plenty of space and lounge chairs. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay to check it out. The owners, whom I've talked to numerous times, are very helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to get back there next spring!

View and locaton is all you need to know. Unit is oceanfront with a great view from the balcony. Walk out the door, turn right and you are on the beach. Turn left and you are in the middle of the Coligny Square shoppin area with all of it's shops and restaurants. Plus the bicycle path is right at Coligny Square so it you get tired of walking/jogging or riding your bicycle on the beach you may do on the bicycle path which is practically on your doorstep. As for the unit itself, it is just what we were looking for. Clean, nicely furnished, all appliances worked well and it is centrally located. In fact during the entire week we only moved the car once. Also the owner has been very friendly and helpful and has worked with us when we had scheduling conflicts. Would I recommend this unit to others? Absolutely! If fact we have booked it for two different weeks ourselves in 2012.

We have rented from the owner before and he has always been very helpful in working around any scheduling conflicts we may have. Would I recommend this unit to others? Absolutely! In fact we have scheduled it ourselves for two more visits during 2012.

Could not have been more pleased with our repeated stays. Clean and well maintained, beautiful setting, owner excellant to work with. Attractions and restaurants great, do not have to move the car for anything.

We enjoy the Villa very much. It is very clean and stocked with all you need for a great stay. The owner is very helpful to you and really cares about your stay. The view is very good from the balcony. It is nice you really do not have to move your car much while you are there.

The 1 bedroom Villa at The Breakers is a perfect fit for our family to enjoy the beach right out our door. The easy access to the shops and walking/biking trails makes it an ideal spot for anyone looking to get the full HHI experience.

When making reservations, owner very accommodating. Very satisfied with this oceanfront villa. Furnished comfortably (owner delivered new sofa and recliner 2nd week we were there). Villa was very clean and everything needed was furnished. Ocean view was somewhat limited due to plant growth on the dunes but owner said it would be trimmed. Would definitely recommend this villa to others. So convenient to Coligny Plaza...never need to move your car.
