This beautiful 2800 square foot home is located on Riverside Golf Course in Fairmont British Columbia. It overlooks the 11th green and has a large deck with patio furniture and a gas barbeque.
There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, and the family room has a propane fireplace. The kitchen bay window overlooks the golf course. There are three TVs with VCRs and a radio/cassette/CD player.
The two large master suites on the main floor have queen size beds, walk-in closets and four-piece bathrooms. The main master suite has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, large vanity area, and a propane fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has two single bunks and a walk-out balcony overlooking the golf course, the other has a double/single bunk and there is a four-piece bathroom.
The loft area has a futon and there is a total of three and a half bathrooms and a washer and drier. This will be your home away from home with almost everything you might need for your vacation pleasure.
Fairmont is a unique vacation playground located between two beautiful lakes and is world famous for the odorless mineral hot springs which feed its soothing hot pools. There are unlimited activities in the area for both adults and children to make your vacation memorable!
