Within an hour of Montreal and Lake Placid.
The property also has a cabin with a full kitchen and room to sleep 4 It has a queen size bed in the down stairs bed room and 2 twins in a loft upstairs It is available for an additional $700.00 per week and is only rented to same party renters with the exception of a caretaker that will need to make repairs or assist you with any problems that may arrise

Year Round .. $1200/week, with a $250 security deposit. If you
are bringing a pet, an additional deposit of $250.00 is required. These deposits
will be refunded if cancellation notification is received within 60 days prior to
reservation, or after inspection of the property after your departure.
The rental payment is due 60 days prior to your reserved week.
