The house: We stayed at this home for a girls getaway weekend and the house was perfect. The pictures are very accurate. The house is clean and comfortable with all the things you should need for a fun beach vacation. The living room is very large and accommodated our group very well. We also appreciated that the dining table could seat 12 people. The decks are really nice and comfortable for outdoor lounging. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware, serving dishes and appliances. The beds were generally comfortable and the furnishings were simple and tasteful. There is a TV in every bedroom, which was very convenient. The only downpoint for us was the lack of wifi internet. Location: The house is not exactly beach-front but it couldn't be closer. You can see the water from the 2nd floor deck and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach access. This is just perfect for people to easily come and go from the beach as many time a day as they want. The location in Dewey is also phenomenal. You are within walking distance of any restaurant or bar you could want to visit. The house is situated on a lot in the middle of a block (not immediately facing the street), so just be sure to look it up on the map first. The owners: they were wonderful to work with. Very easy to communicate with over email and the phone. Susan was very prompt, clear, concise, and helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks for a great weekend!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
