Beautifully decorated third floor condominium overlooking Gulf of Mexico, swimming pool, and state nature preserve. Because it is a wing unit, only two on each floor, there is extra dinning room space plus a quite back porch ideal for a pleasant breakfast or afternoon drink while enjoying the view of Naples. Master bedroom has full beach view and second bedroom has twin beds. The pullout couch in the living room can also accommodate two additional people. Full kitchen with all appliances, cooking utensils and service ware. There is wireless high speed Internet connection available in the lobby and sometime in the unit.
Watch abundant wildlife and fabulous sunsets all from private balcony. Take long walks down the crescent shaped white sugar sand beach or swim in the private pool. Well maintained landscaped ground including tennis courts, boat docks, and workout facilities. It is also low enough, third floor, to have a full view of the swimming pool and good visibility of the sea/beach. It is also safer because next to the stairway in case there is a need to evacuate from the building quickly.
Situated close to restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and shopping areas. Close to island marina where boat rental, charter deep-sea fishing, and diving is available. Renting a dock space for private boat is also available. Only 45 minutes from Southwest Florida international Airport, less than 20 minutes to downtown Naples, only one and a half hours to Miami, or two and a half hours by boat to Key West.

My family and i just spent the last week (June 25-July 2) in this beautiful condo in Marco Island. My first impression was wow! Great 2 room and 2 bathroom, living room, dining area, kichen and the best balcony view!!! It was absolutely beautiful! Immaculetly clean. The beach was very accesible and had we had a great time looking for shells early in the am. My family loved the pool and the premises very, very clean. The staff at time of check in were vey friendly and helpful, the pm guard at the gate absolutely wonderful!!! Many restaurants, stores very accessible. The owner was very prompt on answering e-mails and phone calls, and answered questions or any doubt we had. It was an absolutely great time spent with our family, THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SPEND A WHOLE WEEK AWAY FROM HOME! LBM

We stayed at this Marco Island property the week of July 10-July 17, 2010. The condo was great for what we needed! The view was spectacular, the pool extremely kid firendly for our 8 year old. We had a relaxing vacation. We had so many "Best" parts as my child would say but I have to say that Bruce Ali the owner of this unit is extremely friendly, and was concerned if there was anything we needed. The carpet in this unit could have been a little cleaner, he wanted to send the carpet cleaners while we were there and it all worked out! He did allow us to check in a little earlier and check out a little later too so that helped with our vacation stay. Thanks for making our Summer vacation relaxing! The Coffman Family Cleveland, Ohio
