Our lovely bayside home is brand new, be one of the first to be our guest and feel at home. It is three short blocks to the ocean beach and one block to the bay bathing beach with gazebo, ideal for young children. We have wireless internet connection. There is an outdoor shower, patio and yard for your convenience. It is a quiet block, close to all, don't worry about any beach traffic here. We have central air and ceilings fans in all rooms. Come be our guest!.
We are a working couple with 2 teenage children who love Long Beach Island. We have built a home for both us to enjoy & to rent to you. It is your Home Away from Home. We take pride in our immaculate & cozy rental and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our home is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home! No one has ever left disappointed. Some renters come back year after year.

We had a lovely vacation! We were very happy with the house. It was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this house to family/friends.

The townhome is super clean, A/C cool and very comfortable. A 3-minute stroll to watch the beautiful sunset over the bay! A 10-minute stroll to the beach (which has fine clean sand and pleasantly quiet/uncrowded)! We enjoyed the house and its location, ACME grocery store is 5 minutes drive (non-expensive), and tons of restaurants around! Wi-fi was fast - TV in every room - and of course, we grilled dinner everynite! The sad part was leaving - we would have stayed and stayed :) Highly recommended !!!

We stayed in this property in the summer of 2009. It is clean and fits comfortably 4 adults and 2 kids. Beach and bay on walking distance.We did not want to leave!
