I have stayed at a handfull of different cabins in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area over the past years. After spending an entire week at Mountain Dreams, I would say this was my favorite cabin. Walking into the cabin, everything looked and smelt brand new. With all of the amenties that it offers, it is a true luxury cabin. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub on the deck. The high end appliances were nice when cooking breakfast in the mornings. The location is remote, yet convienent to all of the amenties. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin and I am sure will be return guests!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have been returning to Wears Valley and staying in cabins with pools for several years. This is by far the most enjoyable and well furnished cabin that we have found. It is well furnished, clean, and the location is superb. It is very peaceful and quiet and very relaxing. We found that we spent most of our time during the day relaxing on the deck or in the pool. You are close enough to town with such a short drive that you can have breakfast or dinner, shop, or run an errand and be back in minutes. We will be back in September and are really counting the days. It truly is a fabulous vacation spot. It is a great place to stay for everyone.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed in the cabin for 8 nights at the end of March and beginning of April. The cabin was amazing and above our expectations. We come down to the pigeon forge area at least every spring break and have stayed a great deal of places including hotels, motels, and cabins. About 5 yrs ago we discovered the cabins with private indoor pools and we have been hooked since! For the last three years we have stayed in one that we absolutely love but has recently changed management companies. We were very unhappy with the new company so we started searching for a new place to rent. I think that with this cabin we very well may have found a new favorite! We completely loved Brandon, he was very easy to deal with and very helpful in getting us to the cabin around some really bad traffic. The cabin was just as the pictures showed and everything was well cared for. We would only have a few suggestions and they are very minor ones. They should have a small skimmer in the pool area because the millipedes get into the room and fall into the pool and it is very difficult to get them out. Secondly, maybe a phone book or some kind of booklet of places that deliver to the cabins for those days that you don't feel like going out or cooking would be a nice touch. We did find out that Gepettos delivered to the cabin and we ordered from there one night and the food was very good. Over all our experience was wonderful and we want to thank Brandon for everything!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed at Mountain Dreams cabin during our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The cabin was so beautiful and luxurious. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Working with Brandon and Scott was easy and they responded quickly. Both were easygoing and professional, which made for smooth reservation process. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the cabin’s amenities. Everything was as it was described. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Romantic getaway
Owner response: Thanks, Grant, we sure do appreciate hearing that! Come again soon!

Just got back from a 4 nights stay in Mountain Dreams. The cabin was absolutely perfect for my husband, myself, and my 8 year old daughter. Everything was spotless and appeared brand new. It was so nice to have plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. We could've easily brought 3 more family members and still had more than enough room. The pool and game room were the highlight of the cabin with hours of endless entertainment for all of us. The weather was pretty cold when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the rockers on the porch like we wanted to, but can see it being a perfect location for watching the sunrise and/or sunset. We would love to visit Mountain Dreams again in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, and loved it!! FYI, if you stay in the winter, have someone bring you towels to the hottub when you are ready to get out!! IT'S COLD!! Pool and gameroom were a blast, as well as the view. Brandon was very professional and friendly. Scott was easy to do business with and we plan on going back later this year or sometime next year. Thanks for a wonderful mountain experience!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This cabin was so pretty! The setting was fabulous and much more quiet than being in one of the cabin resort areas. My friends and family had a great time and the kids loved the pool. Brandon was great and saved us from certain falls on the slick ramp, but this was a great time of year to visit and the view was wonderful!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We started passing along your cabin site information before we even left and will continue to do so. We'll definitely be back in a few months. P.S. It's even more beautiful than the photos appear. A MUST see to believe!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We arrived and were thrilled to discover a beautiful cabin up a hill, on the side of the mountain, in the woods. It was quiet and so peaceful. Neighbors nearby but you could not hear them. The squirrels were very busy. You could hear the cows from nearby farms occasionally, too. The wrap-around porch was lovely with very comfortable rocking chairs. The hot tub is very private on a back corner of the porch. A spacious charcoal grill was also a highlight for cooking. The kitchen is state of the art so cooking was easy when you just wanted to stay in and eat. The furniture and decor was so warm and very welcoming. With two king beds the two of us had to try them both. Very comfy. We called the second floor one "The Treehouse". The first floor master bath was luxurious with a large shower and jacuzzi tub. TVs were top of the line and with wifi you I believe you could hook your computer up to them, too, although we did not try it. The cable provided was sufficient as was the DVD/BluRay player. On the lower level you will find the pool and game room. We enjoyed one evening down in the game room playing pool and the arcarde game! Felt like kids but we had fun. Spent quite a bit of time swimming in the indoor pool, too. The room can be kept quite warm and the water just right. Not a lap swimming pool but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Brandon and Scott are great to work with and very prompt with responding. We also explored Cades Cove, Townsend, Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg during our week long stay. Our vacation was a great and memorable time. We would certainly do it all over again and again. We hated to leave but we were certainly glad we came!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My brother and I shared this unit for a 5 day stay and we were very satisfied. Booking the unit was simple and painless. Everything was as advertised. The cabin is relatively new and everything was sparkling clean. The pool in the basement is unique and fun, though too small for an adult to really swim in. I had our grand-kids over and they loved playing in the pool. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. There are ample dishes for four people. The spa was welcome and we used it several times during our stay. The porch is a great place to relax and we saw hummingbirds and a fox in addition to the squirrels and birds you see everywhere. The entrance to the unit is accessible for someone with limited mobility, but it is a multilevel cabin so if you are sharing with someone who has mobility limitations and don't mind sleeping upstairs yourself, this would be perfect. Also, pets are allowed for an extra fee which is reasonable and certainly less than a kennel. The one thing to remember is they furnish only one garbage bag and paper goods so if you are going for several days, be sure to bring some extras. Also, the drive is steep and has switchbacks so I recommend you arrive before dark (it's no problem for a regular car to get up but definitely easier when it's not dark outside). This should not deter you from staying here as it is a great place and we hope to return sometime soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We loved the stay, just wish it was longer. Being a holiday weekend we wanted to be close to things the kids wanted to do, but far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxing too. This cabin was PERFECT. The kids loved the pool table, arcade game, and of course the pool and hot tub. You have neighbors, but lots of forrest and wildlife around you to enjoy too. Best of both worlds. The owner and property manager were both very pleasant and helpful before and also during our stay. We will be back soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

So glad we found this cabin and that it was available! After attempting to rent 4 other cabins and their calendars not being up to date, we finally found this one and settled on it as a family. We spoke to Brandon, the manager, and he was so helpful. I found out he was actually leaving to go on vacation that same week but told me not to hesitate if we had any questions. He was great and very friendly, even while his vacation was being interrupted! The cabin is new and it is beautiful inside and outside. The fixtures were amazing as well! We have a 10 year old and a 4 year old, so the indoor pool and pool table were great. I would suggest making sure the heater worked on the pool only because when we were there, it did not work but we were still able to swim, it was just cold. The pool was slightly smaller than we expected and we were worried about getting water everywhere but all in all, the pool was a plus. Our favorite part was grilling and sitting on the back porch in the rockers. It is very peaceful and relaxing. There is a house right next door, but if a tree or two were added, it would hide a bit better. We didnt really care since we were sitting on the other porch. We were 5 minutes from town and everything was so close but you felt like you were on top of your own little mountain. This was a great vacation and one of the best cabins we have stayed in. The only suggestions would be to check the pool heater and to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. They give you a starter pack. All other cabins we have stayed in year after year has had a closet comewhere with that stuff at you access so we planned for that. No big deal, we just had to get more from the store. Brandon was great! The cabin was great and we would stay again!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks, Leslie, for your kudos to Brandon, our terrific manager. Your comments are duly noted, thanks!

We stayed in this cabin 5/12/2012-5/19/2012 and could not have been more happy. This was the most amazing place we have stayed. Brandon (the property manager) was sooo helpful and nice and Scott always responds to inquiries in a timely manner. I wish I did not have to leave. My husband, mother, and 2 children (ages 9 and 13) travelled with me and all LOVED this cabin. Great for kids and kids at heart. I highly recommend this cabin and will def stay again on our next trip to the area. We have been to this area 3 times this year because we love it so much and will probably be back in August. I looked at what seemed like hundreds of cabins before settling on this one and I could not have made a better choice. Great value for all that is included in the cabin. 5 starsRecommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first time to rent a VRBO cabin and what a great experience it was. The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was everything promised and more. My family had a wonderful time in the pool, hot tub and gameroom. The location was just what we wanted. It even snowed one day! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. Scott, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Brandon, the manager, was so easy to reach for all information needed. It was so nice to deal with warm and friendly people instead of a company. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely rent from you again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

I can't say enough nice things about this property!! It was perfect for our sons 16th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The heated pool was so nice and the perfect size for us. The arcade game was so much fun, not the mention the full size pool table. The Hot Tub was just perfect, and very relaxing. The King Size Beds were like sleeping on Clouds...I wish we could have strapped them to my car and taken them home with us!! LOL. We had a blast staying here!! Brandon, the Manager, was always a phone call away when we had questions about even the silliest of things. The location was great. Not to high up the Mountain to be a scary drive, but high enough to give you a nice view. Scott, the owner, was just fantastic working with us. He was quick to e-mail back when we had questions and very flexible. We hope to stay here again in the future, and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to just get away and enjoy some Family time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This cabin exceeded our expectations! Very clean and in a perfect location. We liked the fact that our 4 kids were able to play downstairs and be occupied for hours. It's quiet; no echoing in the cabin and you cant hear people in the upstairs bedroom or walking up the steps. Top of the line appliances, and each floor had it's own thermostat. There were a few little minor things, but Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that things were working. The view is of the valley and mountains in the background, with some houses and cabins below, but very quiet. I know we will stay at the other cabins that the owner has on VRBO, because of the cleanliness and the way that they are managed. They truly want to make your vacation unforgettable. Thank you.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

It's brand new so there were a few issues that should be expected though. The cable was out for our whole trip but the owner and property manager went out of their way to make everything right. They were very responsive and made me feel at home. I definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

My family stayed here over our fall break and the cabin was awesome. It was as described and pictured on the website. The appliances and equipment were top of the line and even better we were only the 2nd family to stay there. The pool was warm and secure (keypad entry). The pool is great for small children, or adults that just want to sit and relax, and the game room was great for the older kids. The manager was very helpful and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home to others, especially if you want to avoid the traffic in the gatlinburg area and have close access to the park.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our fourth trip to Gatlinburg, but the first time staying at this cabin. It was hands down the best cabin we have stayed in. It has brand new modern appliances in the kitchen. An open floor plan (pictures do not do it justice) that far exceeds the photos. It has 3.5 baths, that was very surprising. The cabin was well furnished: big screen tv in common area, good size tvs in both bed rooms, another tv down in game room, fire place, pool table and arcade game (over 60 classic games, wasted a few hours away at this, good luck beating my high scores), both bedrooms had king size beds with nice linens. The master shower is a stand alone that is completely tiled and more than enough floor space to shower and dryoff. Double sinks in the master (which may have been worth the stay, since we share on at home). Spacious wrap around deck with a TRULY SECLUDED hot tub. We can't forget the indoor pool, it is heated and was very comfortable to swim in. It is not deep (maybe 3-4'), but has a bench around 30% of it that a number of people could sit on and enjoy. You can't swim laps in it, but a perfect wade pool. While we do not have children, I would feel comfortable with the indoor pool and exploring little ones. Both doors to the pool are on automatic locks (keypad) and the doors automatically close and lock everytime. The pool also has an alarm feature that can be set and believe me, you will hear it (I pushed a button, whoops). The cabin is located in the Wears Valley Area which makes it an ideal location to Pigeon Forge and the national park. We have stayed in other locations, but Wears Valley is our favorite. We were not staying in a large cluster of cabins either. There are a few neighbors, but felt we had our privacy. The property manager (Brandon) was terrific to deal with, was very thorough with instructions, and was easy to get hold of. This was the simplest and easy check-in and out we have encountered. Brandon also was a good source for driving directions and area tips. As I mentioned in the title, we are already discussing our next trip down and will schedule it around this cabin's availability. We have also passed along the properties information to four other couples. You will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
