We rented this property for a week during cruise Moab 2013. The property was as described and had lots of room for the Landcruisers, trucks and trailers we brought to the area. There were only 6 of us in the house so we had lots of room. The gas BBQ was a nice touch, we had to get propane as the people who rented ahead of us had left the tank open with the burners on draining all the propane. The Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch just like being at home. This was our first trip to Moab and likely will not be our last, I would certainly stay at this property again and would suggest the same to anybody who was going to tour the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Stayed here for one week in early April. Selected this vacation home after reading the positive reviews and looking at many other properties. This was one of the few that had 4 bedrooms, and it had a good weekly rate. Also, it was single level, which was important to 2 people in the group with limited mobility. My group liked that it was a few miles south of Moab, but still convenient to town. There are views of red rock cliffs and the La Sal mountains, and of course it's convenient to Arches, Canyonlands, Sand Flats Recreation, and all of the other beautiful redrock landscape. Just 3 miles from Ken’s lake and some trailheads, which made late afternoon hikes convenient. Brilliant starry sky at night, when weather permitted. The property is pretty much as described in the VRBO listing and the photos are accurate. The home had everything we needed, was very roomy, and comfortable. It's a good home-base for outdoor activities in the region, and it's also nice and comfortable to sit around and read, watch movies at the end of the day. We used the kitchen a lot and it had most of what we needed. There is also a gas grill outside, which we used one evening, but the weather was too blustery to take full advantage of the private yard and nice patios. I stocked the kitchen with plenty of food, snacks, drinks before the rest of the group arrived. It already had spices, condiments, coffee for the Keurig(!!). On-site laundry was convenient. Towels and bedding supplied. I brought my own shampoo and soap but there was some available at the house too. Internet available but not very strong signal. The owner and the property manager were both responsive to questions and were helpful. The only negative – I felt it could have been a little cleaner. (I almost always think a place could be a little cleaner.) There were dog paw prints on the floor, and handprints, splashes on the fridge door, and they could sweep/mop better around edges and behind doors. However, not enough to creep me out. Overall, it’s a great vacation home. I would recommend this place to family or small group of friends for their Moab area get-away.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great property with some space to spread out. The house itself is awesome. It was so nice to come "home" after a long day jeeping and just relax and eat a family dinner together. I would highly recommend this place and will consider it again for our next stay. It'st about 10-12 mins to downtown Moab from the property. You're a little off the beaten path, which is nice! Thanks again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

A perfect vacation spot for family from Florida, California, and Missouri to spend Christmas vacation together! Perfect house and location for grown children plus new spouses. Plenty of room; open concept; fireplace; comfortable, relaxing sectional with room for everyone! Close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks and Dead Horse Point State Park - plenty of great hiking! The snowfall made it a Winter Wonderland!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

This wonderful home was larger than I expected from the photos. The property was very clean and well cared for. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . The fenced yard was nice to have. It was in a subdivision and a little far from town but that was listed in the description. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here in October 2012. There were 10 of us in our group and there was enough space for everyone. The property has lots of amenities and has great views in every direction. This is a fun property and I would certainly stay here again. Moab is a great place to visit and this is a much better option than staying in a hotel in town.Did you find this review helpful? What a lovely house! We had a fantastic stay on our first trip to Moab. The house worked well for our group of seven (3 adults, 4 kids). Very comfortable decor with beautiful views. We liked being outside of town & did a little exploring nearby. Kens lake is beautiful--went for an early morning run there (vertical running, actually, up the cliff). Would definitely stay there again. Only wish there was an outdoor hot tub--then it would have been PERFECT! Thanks for sharing your beautiful spot with us.
