Relaxation ParadiseGuest comment entered by manager
We were able to stay at this house in June for a week. We decided as we left that we could have easily stayed another week. The house is amazing. It is completely stocked with everything you need. We had 7 in our group and never felt cramped or in each other's way. The beach around the point is beautiful and not crowded. We were able to feel like we were away from all the craziness of Southern California. We would not hesitate to stay again any time. The price made it reasonable for our two families. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Wonderful and secluded location
I grew up surfing Rincon Point but I never realized how special and even spiritual this secluded gem on California's riviera was until I spent a week here with my family. The property is beautiful and clean, perfectly set up for our group of my grown children, their spouses and respective significant others. Even the two year old grandson adapted well to the layout. We are gourmet chefs from up the coast so we figured we better bring our special cookware etc. to ensure our planned menu was a success. Wrong!! The kitchen was stocked with All-Clad and Le Crueset cookware and enough utensils and peripherals that we didn't even need to use ours. Everything we needed was there for us. Thank you for providing all of us with great memories. We will be back.

Toes Right on the Nose!!
Oh my Gosh...this house is awesome!! Our extended family had a home on the Rincon for 40 years and had to let it go a few years back. We wanted to show our children what a special place the Carpenteria Rincon is and found this amazing house to spend a fabulous week there. The house is so charming, the patio is just a perfect place to build a beautiful fire, the grill gave us many a fantastic meal, the kitchen is so well stocked and the appliances are top of the line. The house slept 11 of us nicely--however the futons in the living room, while super comfortable, were really only big enough for children (we couldn't see adults sleeping on them for anymore than 1 night--but for our kids--perfect!). The furniture throughout was so comfortable, tons of sheets, towels, and beachy stuff and the home is just lovely--bright, airy, beautiful windows and spectacular views. Beach properties have become so exclusive and expensive that there would be no way to experience this special place without someone like this owner; willing to open their home to those of us would who otherwise never be able to live there, and let us have a wonderful week of beach, surf, sea life, and family. Wonderful week, wonderful memories, We can't say enough about how great it is. I gave the property information to at least 4 people who came to visit and we plan to return.

Simply AmazingGuest comment entered by manager
My family got together at the Toes on the Nose Beach house in March and had a wonderful stay there. The house was impeccable and my chef brother-in-law remarked that they kitchen was the best-stocked rental he had ever seen. The layout of the home is ideal for family get togethers and you are literally steps from the beach. On our last night we grilled outside and had a fire in the firepit under the stars. It was perfect.

Awesome huge home
Awesome huge home
Our stay at this house was perfect. The home was large and fitted our extended family just perfect. Our son was getting married in Santa Barbara and we had many extra kids and even had the rehearsal dinner at this house. They practiced on the beach and then came here for a great and easy barbecue. Our family friends used the beach and we walked for hours every morning on the beach. This house had everything for sleeping arrangements and entertaining. My sister said the pots in the kitchen were the best she has every seen. The tv of course was to die for. Huge and 3d was the way to go when watching the Olympics. We were so spoiled . we will definitely come back and enjoy it even more without the stress of a wedding next summer.

Fablous Vacation spot!
Fablous Vacation spot!
Our first visit to the Santa Barbara area and it could not have been better! This place is just beautiful. We loved the layout of the house, the patio area was perfect for friends and family to gather around the fire pit and the kitchen was gourmet. The ocean was just out the gate, great beach and Carpinteria and Santa Barbars were just down the road. We had a fablous time and would return to this place again!!!

Location, facilities and charm!
Location, facilities and charm!
We loved this place...right on Rincon, through a private gate. We had waves every single day, perfect 1-2ft for teaching our 10 yr olds to surf on. The house has so much to offer aside from the location (but that is enough)...really relaxing and nicely arranged with everything you could need, including wet suits, skate boards, a bike, chairs, etc etc. 3 BBQs, a fire pit, balcony with a view...I could go on and on. The TV in the lounge is amazing, I will be shopping for one soon. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining areas perfectly addequate for two families of four (in fact more i think)....Our 4 yr old wanted to bring the "Pilos" room home. It's a 5 minute drive to downtown "Carp" which has some really good restaurants (The Thai is unbelievably good) and the nieghbourhood, whilst having multi-million pound homes in it, is relaxed and friendly. We thought it perfect for us, great beach with just the same few groups each day, nice little waves to surf and a touch of luxury for the evenings.

I learned how to surf at Rincon Point when I was 12 years old while attending the Davey Smith surf camp. Rincon point is a magical place that draws surfers and visitors from around the world. There is not a better surfing beach in the Western United States. After selling the home accross the street for $5,700,000 I was introduced to the owner of the property and I am currently managing it as a vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This home is filled with natural light. It features a wonderful reverse floorplan with all principal public rooms on the second floor taking full advantage of the ocean and mountain views. This a wonderful home to entertain or just relax.
