We had a wonderful stay at Bahia del Golf. Apartment has gorgeous views and is well equipped for any traveler who wants to establish a home base in Panama City. Lots of room to spread out with great indoor and outdoor space, making it a perfect option for larger groups. Beds are very comfortable, AC is strong and water is warm - everything we were looking for in a place to stay. Pool deck is ideal for midday sunbathing or evening drinks and grilling. Building staff was very helpful and location made for easy access to downtown by cabs or buses, which was convenient. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and we can't wait to go back.

Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Fabulous Apartment!

After traveling around Panama for a week, the apartment was a haven of tranquility for my friend and me. The place has lots of natural lighting and incredible views of all directions. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day. The pool also has great views in all directions and is big enough to swim laps. We took advanatage of the gym as well. A grocery store and cute restaurants are located in walking distance of the apartment. Taxis and buses also run right along the street of the apartment.The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Panama City! We can not wait to come back!

I have stayed at a bunch of place the last couple of years thru VRBO and this was by far my favorite! This apartment has amazing views of the city from the 33rd floor. The building has a great pool and is centrally located in the city. The furniture is great - has a very NYC/LA vibe. There are 3 big bedrooms plus a smaller room for help. It was also great for entertaining. One night me and my friend hosted a lovely dinner party in the dining room for 8 people. we had drinks on the big terrace for the sunset, cooked up a tasty meal in the big kitchen and then went out. the owner set us up with a nice driver who spoke english with a van and also had a maid that came in the morning to clean and also cook us breakfast. I definitely give this place high marks.

The property was clean and as advertised with nice views. We arrived late at the airport and were met by the manager's driver. The owner's inputs for area tourism were extremely helpful and his suggesstion for a driver was excellent. Overall the experience provided a great value! I would recommend to any group with 4-6 people that want more space.

Three of my friends and I rented this unit for 4 nights during our stay in Panama for our birthdays. It was a very nice, plush apartment and fully furnished! We couldn't ask for more for luxury at an affordable price. The unit was really quiet and the amenities were great. Not difficult at all to catch a cab from the complex and catch a cab into the city. I was also very satisfied with the service provided by rental team and property manager; they ensured that we had a good stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to sleep three singles comfortably or three couples.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

great little quiet condo

My friends I decided to go the condo route instead of the traditional hotel/resort. We were presently surprised by the close proximity to local shops and other tourist attractions. The kitchen and common area sizes were phenomenal. We were able to take great pictures of surrounding areas using North and South balcony views. I would recommend this to anyone who needs privacy and likes to take vacation their own way. Brian

Just stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days and had a blast with my 3 other friends. The accommodations was spacious and allowed for group bonding time but you got your privacy when needed. The building was secure with attentive guards and location is just a 5 min $2 cab ride to the financial district. Definitely would come back!!

Three of my friends and i spent 5 days in this nicely furnished unit. Three well appointed bedrooms are available as well as a den w/ bath. The photos accurately reflect the spacious apartment. The location is quiet and a short 5 to 10 minute ride to the heart of panama city. I would recommend this place as a very cost effective, clean alternative to the usual hotels etc. The host provided ample information to help us make the best of our stay.

I have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and I have to say that while I am usually beyond happy to finally arrive at my destination, and I've had mostly great experiences, this apartment was truly an exceptional find! It is evident that the apartment was decorated with a thoughtful eye to making it just as comfortable and luxurious as it is beautiful. The apartment has insane 360 degree views of the ocean and Panama City, floor to ceiling windows, incredible light. The only downside was that it was difficult to go explore Panama City because I could not tear myself away from this epic spot. Perfect for a romantic couples trip or girls/friends trip to Panama City. Owner was super helpful, friendly, and had suggested contacts for jaunts to nearby spots such as the San Blas islands or the cloud forest. Enthusiastically recommend this gem of a find!

I stayed at this property for 4 days and 3 nights. The interior is chic and modern with a great attention to detail. The view is remarkable and one of the best in Panama. The building also has great a amenities such as gym and pool. My next trip to Panama, i'm 100% staying the this high rise.

I could not have been happier with the apartment. From the moment I walked in, I was taken aback by the view and how nice the place was. The setup of the apartment was great. The three bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances that we could have needed, and the living room provided a great place to relax. The apartment is also in a very accessible part of the city. We were able to easily get to downtown, the local soccer match, and Canal. Overall, our experience in the apartment was AMAZING! I would recommend it to anyone, even for the view alone. If I could, I would go back right now.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

I cannot recommend this rental property enough. The condo is gorgeous, has a great layout for a family or friends trip, and has incredible views of the city and ocean from its multiple balconies. Arriving to the condo was like a dream...it's furnishings and decorations are modern and comfortable, there is a great pool area (with lap pool!), gym, it is walking distance to the Panama Viejo ruins and in great proximity to the city. From a practical traveling standpoint, it is in a safe location, great for families and has extremely comfortable beds. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the high end kitchen, sipping cocktails by the pool and watching the sun set over the ocean. The manager is a native and made coordinating the key pick up and logistics easy, and the owner has a really helpful guide of his Panama City recommendations, from excellent restaurants, where to grab a cocktail in the city, drivers, day trips, etc. Overall we had a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay at this condo. I highly recommend it, in fact I wish I was still there!

Nice layout for the five of us to spend three nights exploring Panama, Panama City. Unit was clean and functional, secure with an amazing view. Property management met us at the unit and provided a friendly introduction to the place. Free Wifi is a plus. Driver recommended by the owner was very helpful. Do make it out to the Panama Canal if you stay. Be prepared to spend $3-$5 on taxis to get to restaurant and shopping. Old Panama City starts at the street on which the unit is located and leads to an interesting afternoon walking to around to explore the ruins.

My 2 friends and I stayed at this condo January 2011. We had a rental car for day trips and there was secured covered parking for our car. At Night we opted for taxis, and they were readily available of the street however the security guard was more than willing to call one for us. The property is clean and well equipped, quite spacious too. It's located a short ride away from the congestion of downtown Panama, which we appreciated. Can't really think of any downside to this property for potential renters

Beautiful and Modern Condo + Perfect Location!

My family and I stayed in this condo for a week over the summer (August 2011) and all five of us ranging between the ages 10 and 49 left with unforgettable memories! The condo was very clean, extremely spacious and beautifully designed, surrounded by a wall of windows overlooking the entire city! We couldn't have felt more safe and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect! Central to all the main attraction in Panama City. We all had the most amazing time visiting the Indian Villages, taking a tour of Monkey Island, swimming in the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean, watching the Panama Canal in action and stuffing our faces with fried fish and plantains (traditional Panamanian food!). I wouldn't have changed anything about the trip and all of us would go back to the condo in a heartbeat!

I spent 3 nights in this property in Late December 2010. It was my first time in Panama and I really enjoyed it. Was very impressed with the growth in Panama city, the fine dining, and the people of Panama. This building is brand new and is luxuriously furnished with great views from around 30 floors up. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 american style bathrooms/showers. Water pressure, wired/wireless High Speed internet, HVAC, sound control, lighting, etc are all that you would expect from a US based high rise condo. The pool and workout facilities are high end. The location is centrally located with 5 to 10 minute cab drives to most locations in the city. We loved the old town of Panama City.
