The split bedroom floor plan makes this home very accommodating for two couples that enjoy traveling together. Both the master and second suite have queen beds. For travelers with additional people in their party the third bedroom has twin beds.
For our guests that stay for an extended perios, they will appreciate the closet systems with many shelves and drawers for their travel wardrobe.
The home is fully equipped with linens, dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils.
Additionally we've added the items necessary for any Florida pool home with unbreakable dishes and drinkware to use for outside dining.
The home is locally owned and managed so any additional items that a guest may need can quickly be taken care of. We will do everything to accommodate your needs and if you need additional items or services they can be arranged for an appropriate fee.
The home has been prepared for a vacation rental, it does not have the personal items of an owner in drawes or on shelves.
We do welcome most well-behaved pets, please ask for further details.

This is a fantastic home with a perfect location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Owners Steve & Claudia were very responsive to our needs and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The house is well laid out with the living areas opening up to the pool and lanai, and bedrooms at each end of the single story home.We walked to the beach everyday and all the shopping, fine dining, and sightseeing were just minutes away. We truly had a great week's stay here . I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

About the owner: Hello, We are Steve & Claudia Fuller, We are Real Estate Professionals in the Naples area and manage this home for a group we are partners with. When we travel we prefer a private residence for several reasons, a home or condo alllows our teenage children a bit of room to spread out, that a hotel room/ suite does not. Also we would prefer to enjoy our first cup of coffee without getting dressed for the day. We like to be able to make a quick light meal or snack when we are on the run so that we can enjoy an area's better restaurants later. And finally we ARE NOT allowed to leave home without our Cairn Terrier 'CoCoLocoLunaNut' Steve has represented homeowners in the Naples-Bonita Area for over 26 years. And Claudia a nearly life long resident of Collier County manages rental properties, primarily vacation rentals. IF you have a home in the Mountains and want to trade time we are open to additional opportunities to travel.

If you golf, there's plenty close by, if you fish, play tennis, enjoy the arts, kayak or just read, you won't be disappointed with this location.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love that we can walk out the door cross the street and play in the playground, play tennis or just stroll in a neighborhood park with paths through natural native arbors. Or we can walk 7 blocks through a lovely neighborhood, down a secluded path and be at Seagate Beach. Walk 7 blocks in the other direction and you are at Clam Pass Park where you can hop a tram through a Mangrove preserve and arrive at a beach and b oardwalk with bath / changing facilities, and a fully stocked BEACH BAR and GRILL with lunch, cool beverages and ice cream. We love going around the corner from the house and picking up a rental bike to take a ride through Naples residential neighborhoods and arrive at 5th Avenue South in Olde Naples for lunch or an art show. We love that the money saved by not using gas can be spent on gifts, shoes, handbags and trinkets for ourselves at Waterside shops within waliking distance to this home. And we love that there are so many restaurants, live entertainment & arts close by.
