My Non-Smoking home is a unique property located in a quiet neighborhood on Easton's Point in Middletown. The entire second floor of the house is a master suite with bath. There are water views from the second floor of Newport's Cliff Walk and the Big Pond. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a full bath to share. The yard is quite beautiful with a patio, gardens and an arched hedge leading to another garden area and a small shed. Access to the patio is gained through sliding French doors off the kitchen. The white kitchen is just over a year old. Another new addition is a lovely gas fireplace in the living room.
There are only seven houses on the street. It is an easy walk to either Newport (First) or Second beach. Middletown also has a nature preserve and a bird sanctuary which are very close by. The night life and restaurants, for which Newport is famous, is only minutes away. If you love New England in the summer, you will love this location. I am a member of a local golf course and can arrange a golf outing for you. |
