We have stayed at different rentals through out the years and this was by far our most pleasant stay. The house exceeded our expectations for being clean and beautiful, having the amenities that we needed and the most helpful owner. We were here on business with several other business associates. The house never felt crowed, the kitchen is built for entertaining and the casita was perfect for the kids. The owner went out of his way for every request we asked to make sure our stay was perfect ... and it was. BTW - our 2 year old son loved the turtles and was excited to feed them. This was a very fun house with all its extras and it was close to shopping and easy access to X-Way. We can't wait to stay again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Rates
September - May the nightly rate is $750 per night or $5000 per week. Offseason - June,July and August $400 per night or $2500 per week We require a 3 night stay on the weekends. Please call for last minute exceptions. Pool heating is $75 per day. Cleaning fee is $350 per stay. We require a damage deposit of $500 that can be prepaid or held on a credit card. Pets allowed with approval. Pet fee $50. Special Events Rates may be extra.

About the owner: My wife and I have 4 wonderful daughters ranging in age from 7th grade to a freshmen at CAL Berkely. We have been self employed for 25 years and have been in the vacation rental business for 7 . We enjoy traveling, movies, eating out, sporting events and family time. We love animals and have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 6 turtles. Family , Friends , Children and pets are all an important part of our lives!!!!
