Zen Lofts are located at 1233 Collins Ave. about 100 ft from the beach in South Beach, Florida. The building was originally a 12 unit apartment building built in the 1930s. The building was recently gutted and renovated into four luxury lofts.
Zen Loft #4 is an 2000 square foot, wonderfully bright and luxurious loft. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and is truly a sleepers paradise. This unique 22 ft vaulted ceiling space comes with all the wonderful design and modern technologies: WiFi internet, quality iPod music system, large flat screens, both upstairs and down. Upon entering this romantic luxury retreat, you will find all of the essentials and more mixed with great taste. Quite a great space for relaxing, working, or entertaining.

South Beach areas: The two main desirable locations in South Beach are to be close to Lincoln Rd or Ocean Drive. There are the action centers of South Beach. They are also the most populated by tourists and locals alike. Ocean Drive, which runs from 1st Street to 15th Street, is mostly hotels and restaurants with some some stores for shopping. Ocean Drive hotels sit across the street from the beach. The hotels on Ocean Drive tend to be smaller, around 4-5 stories and usually don't have pools. During the day, Ocean Drive tends to be the main destination in South Beach. People usually head over to the beach and then to the restaurants and bars on Ocean Drive for drinks before heading back to their hotels. For dinner, shopping and night-time people watching Lincoln Rd is the place to be after 5pm. The higher end hotels sit on Collins Ave between 16th and 20th streets. These hotels sit directly on the ocean and are a short walk to Lincoln Rd.

A few months ago we found this place on the web and fell in love with it. The whole week wasn't available for out stay so the travel agent recommend we stay and another townhouse they had for the 1st 2 nights. .It was pretty nice but this place was about 3 times the size of the 1st townhouse.. Having 2 bedrooms was also a big plus and provided us with pleny of space for our party.. .It's kind of like having your own hideaway a block from the blue ocea of Miami. This is not a hotel... You don't have a housekeeper come every day (even though we did pay an extra cleaning fee to have her come once during our stay) but there is a washer and dry in the unit to wash towels and clothes. I really liked how private the unit was. There are only 4 townhouses on the property and when your inside you can't hear anything and the neighbors couldn't hear our loud music.
