Beautiful and exceptionally pristine classic ranch-style home one of many multi-million dollar homes, and situated in a peaceful, park-like setting on an acre of land with dozens of sycamore trees.Beautiful views of the mountains abound. All homes are on one acre in the area. You are minutes from the beach (including Butterfly Beach and the world-famous Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel) as well as downtown Santa Barbara.If you want to go to Santa Barbara this is the location you want to be in. The home has two fireplaces, wood-beamed ceilings, slate and hardwood floors, Kilim rugs and is furnished with suede and down filled leather couches. It also has a hot tub on a private patio.(one of three)all covered in Chinese slate. It is a very children-friendly home with lots of land and a trampoline on the property.
If you are a nature lover, or enjoy walking, running or hiking, you're in the right neighborhood as there are miles of trails nearby. There is also a park with a playground within walking distance. This may be one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the world.Oprah is our neighbor and agrees.
French doors lead out from the family room and master bedroom. There is a formal dining room with fireplace and dining area that seats 8. The family/screening room has a 65 inch high definition tv with surround sound and high beamed ceilings throughout home.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and even a flash bake oven and is a dream come true. Pantry comes fully stocked. There is a KING in the master, QUEEN in one view bedroom and TWO SINGLES (CHILD APPROPRIATE) in the other view bedroom. QUEEN in guest room.
DAY BED IN OFFICE. IN SUMMARY ONE KING, TWO QUEEN'S, THREE SINGLES. In summer the outside area is the dining area with a gas barbeque, complete privacy and jacussi(with colored water falls) that seats 8 people. The house is nicely furnished with custom furniture and exotic woods. Unlike many rentals this is not cluttered but serene and calming and furnished with great pieces.
The common bath comes with double sink and marble floors with bath and shower. There are many plants and a seperate laundry room with extra bath.There are large windows that bring the outside in.Features include unlimited calling in US, internet, 3 tvs, dvd, vcr, fax etc.
It would be described as an executive home that is tasteful for entertaining yet kid friendly in a parklike setting. There is a reason this area is called the American Riviera. Fiesta is first week of August and a great event. We are across from the famous lotus land of Montecito.
