My husband and I, along withour 2 teenagers visited Chico this month for several days to look at the college. Rather than stay at a hotel, we booked this rental apartment so that we could have a kitchen and living space. We were so impressed with how clean and well stocked the apartment was. The furnishings were beautiful, beds comfortabl and kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to relax in the livingroom, watch TV, cook meals and have a relaxing homebase each day after exploring. When we arrived we noticed the DVD player was missing, I contacted Liz and a DVD player was brought to the apartment and installed the next day. I was very happy with how responsive the management and owner was to any little problem. This was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay, close to all the amentities in the city, downtown and the college. We will definately be coming back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was such a wonderful comfortable "home away from home". We were in town for my daughter's wedding and it was so nice to have a place where a few of us could meet for a barbecue and also to have a quiet retreat from all the chaos of wedding planning etc. The beds were comfortable, having laundry facilities such a plus and the air conditioning during the heat wave was incredible. The kitchen is well stocked and I was even able to make and bake the bride and groom cheesecake! Thanks again we look forward to being here again and again. The listing was as advertised and everything was clean and well maintained. It is worth mentioning the busy street traffic noises. Ear plugs are helpful. This facility is within walking distance to a great coffee establishment and a fully stocked grocery store and a garden supply store. Not very far to the "main drag" Esplanade and a straight shot to the old downtown and the Thursday night Farmer's Market.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

The listing I saw was fantastic, I couldn't beleive the pictures were real until I arrived and it was exactly as shown. The property was extremely well kept and clean, very comfortable. I got all of my questions answered in a very timely manner. I would recommed this property over and over again. I would like to rent it myself for a week get a way. I would recommed Tres Hombres restaurant. I didn't get a chance to see too much while there, but when I do rent for a week I will make sure to see everything!!! It was FABULOUS!!!! I felt so at home and comfortable. The neighbor was very helpful also.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We meet our friends who also graduated from CSU Chico and stayed in this home away from home for the weekend. It was a great place for us and our little ones. We didn't want to stay in a hotel with babies crawling around on the floor. This place was very clean and could have everything you could need. We are planning on coming back many times.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.
