Located in the Starland District, this lovely, two-story home has been completely renovated in 2002 into seperate upstairs/downstairs apartments.
Two unique bedrooms upstairs provide more than sufficient space for all of your needs. Two full baths, each with double sink vanities, provide all of the amenities of home. For the extended stay the washer and dryer allow you to bring only what you need. If you advise what you desire in the refrigerator we will attempt to ensure that it is waiting for you. All it requires is your presence.
UPstairs we have another apartment with three beautiful bedrooms, diningroom, livingroom, 2 full bathrooms each with double vanities, a full kitchen and laundry room.
Inquire about renting out both units for your wedding party, Girl Scout troop, bachlor/ette party or sports team.

What a great time we had and it started the moment we opened the door to our home away from home. Nicely appointed apartment that accomodated our family of four nicely. We plan on returning and will check availability here first. Only drawback was distance from historic Savannah. Too far to walk during winter months we were there, but summer would be fine. Nightly Rates .. $175-$350/night + tax + cleaning fee (depending on occupancy). Payment is due in full for reserving the unit. Sorry we don't take credit cards. We do take personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, gold bullion, and good old America currency! $100.00 to $200.00 cleaning fee (depending on pets, with no charge for gold fish) weekly & monthly rates negotiable. Call for last minute reservations! 2 night minimum
