  I ran out of adjectives for this place...spectacular, beautiful, wonderful...would definitely stay again. I stayed with my mother and three sisters and we had ample space to be together and to be apart. Thanks for the gracious hosts and the great views.

  We have just spent one of the most wonderful months of our lives in this gorgeous home! A gate festooned with flowering vines welcomes you into a private retreat of water views;(even the parking pad has amazing views!). The house is just as pictured: a beautiful, open living space with glass doors onto a huge stone patio and THE WATER, across to Richmond and Berkeley! Each bedroom has its own bath with jacuzzi; the beds are oh, so comfy and the linens are to die for. And there is a hot tub on the huge deck, so you can soak and enjoy the view in total privacy. We entertained friends and family here, and the house worked perfectly: the kitchen is well-equipped, with all the latest appliances, and the house is set up to accommodate groups both inside and out, with terrific tables and chairs, heat lamps, fireplaces, huge grill and outdoor drink chiller, plus a wine cooler and beer and soft drink cooler. And best of all, Suzy and Dennis were terrific hosts. They are always available, and genuinely interested in providing a perfect stay for their guests. It was like renting from dear friends. They made our month a slice of heaven. We hate to leave. And we will miss Suzy and Dennis. How great is that to say about a rental?!

  We had a great stay at this home, and the owners were fantastic. This home is on the "backside' of the Tiburon ridge with great views across the San Francisco Bay looking toward Richmond / Berkeley. It has a great, large, open living space where people can hang out, including a very modern kitchen, and wall-to-wall glass doors open (completely) to the deck making the space even bigger. We never used the hot tub (it was February and cold weather for us) but that is also at one end of the deck. The beds all had good mattresses, the bathrooms are nice and modern. All in all, a great place. There are 2 standard bedrooms (a large master and then another) plus, at the other end of the house, a huge room that I think was a 2-car garage in the past (gives you an idea of the size) but is now a fully normal interior room that has a queen bed plus another queen murphy bed, full bathroom and a closet with modern, quiet laundry washer and dryer. We live in Asia on the equator (hence the comment about the cold weather) and have a son who is almost 2 years old. We brought him back to the US and rented this home so that our families could come and stay with us and meet this latest addition to the family. We all loved the home environment and the views. We found playgrounds and hiking with views for all. The town of Tiburon is about an 8 minute drive away - very accessible. This was perfect for us - a home in a quiet neighborhood big enough to sleep visiting family and host friends and family visiting. We would definitely recommend staying if the size fits your needs and you are happy with a place that requires having a car. The owners were very easy to work with both in organizing the stay, showing us the place when we arrived, and in helping to arrange for us to pick up an item we had left when we went to the next town on our US visit.

  Thank you for allowing our family to share your home and ring in the new year in such a special place. The views! Everything! We feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and we are all so ready to start our year off to a fantastic start. We'll definitely reach back to you if we are able to go back to the Tiburon area again and we'll be letting all of our friends and family know about this beautiful gen in friendly Tiburon.   Thanks so much for a lovely week at your home. We all had a great time and found the house itself and its location terrific. We loved the lay out and the ability to open the doors and use the terrace as additional living space. You've done a great job making it a comfortable destination home, close enough to the city but far enough away to feel in the country. You are both very hospitable hosts who try to do everything to please your guests. We thank you for all of your attention to all of our requests, needs, and questions.

  We have rented homes all over the world but have never stayed in a place where the owners spent such time and effort on the details for their guests' comfort from the fabulous flower arrangements to the vegetables and citris there for the picking to the well appointed and stocked kitchen, the sumptuous sheets & fluffy towels. The details made it memorable. The lay-out, the deck, the views and location, of course, are superb. We had friends over for dinner under the stars-exquisite. Thank you, thank you.

  This was our third rental home in Marin and it is by far our favorite! The house is gorgeous and clean, the views are beautiful, and the owner Suzy was responsive and nice. The kitchen and bathrooms are well designed and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is truly very special, and we hope to return for another visit!

  We loved staying at this beautiful home which was just as pictured in the photos. Great views of the water. Luxurious rental, very comfortable and Suzy , the owner, could not have been more helpful. It had a very well stocked pantry and so there was much we didn't have to buy. We would definitely stay there again. Barr and Irene

  I can't begin to explain how happy we were to have chosen this home for our vacation rental. Waking up in the morning on the and relaxing on the porch was my favorite part of the entire trip. I will defiantly come back and I recommend this home to anyone coming to the san Francisco area. It's close to everything!

  This home really has it all. Spectacular view, private setting, lots of room to spread out inside and out. Many entertainment options and all the equipment you need to cook and dine, even the spices were in the cupboard. The beds and pillows were large and very comfortable. The linens and towel supply was abundant. We used it as a base to tour SF, Muir woods, the Marin headlands, and Monterey. My family really enjoyed touring around the bay area, and we were always happy to return to such a wonderful home. Deer, turkeys, hummingbirds, hawks and even an owl were spotted from the deck at one time or another during our week. Suzy and Dennis were very helpful in greeting us and showing us where everything was and how it worked. Thanks for making your house available and for all the little things you do to make the stay unique and wonderful.
