Come watch the dolphins play and the amazing sunsets from this luxurious Gulf front cottage appointed with all modern amenities in a secluded, tropical oasis. Vista del Mar has three bedrooms. Upstairs, the Gulf front master with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds consisting of a double bed and a single with a full bath next door. The open plan living area boasts plenty of seating, flat panel TV with hundreds of channels, music, and movies and a pull out single bed. A gulf front dining area and kitchen with all mod cons and stainless appliances round out the main floor.
The first floor consists of a garage, laundry facilities, a private bedroom with a double bed and en suite half bath overlooking the pool area and Gulf. Additionally, there is an attached Gulf front game room and lounge with two flat panel TVs, billiards table, ping pong, shuffleboard, Xbox 360 Kinect, Wii and wet bar with built in keg
Serenity in a tropical oasis: Vista del Mar boasts over 2000 square feet of Gulf front outdoor deck space, an in ground heated pool, a sandy beach area and new dock with boat lift. The huge upper deck area contains an outdoor kitchen and bar area along with a table for 6 to enjoy al fresco dining. Enjoy one of our famous sunsets while relaxing on one of the many couches or lounge areas on the upper deck. The deck allows for open, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, where dolphins and rays regularly swim and wildlife abounds.
For up close viewing of sea life, fishing or just to relax, take a stroll to the end of the dock. A boat lift has recently been installed should you choose to bring or rent a boat during your stay.
Should you wish to pamper yourself, dining may be arranged at the cottage with a private chef. In cottage massage services may also be arranged.
Explore the local beaches and islands: Boat and jet ski rentals are available locally should you choose to explore the numerous barrier islands and beaches in the area. Comb the powdery white beaches for shells, sponges and coral or simply bask in the sun and look out on the clear blue waters. Flats fishing as well as deep sea fishing may also be arranged. The cottage has a new dock and boat lift which will allows fishing from your backyard as well as an additional area for relaxing and taking in the amazing views!
Plenty of restaurants serving fresh local fish and other specialties are within minutes in Tarpon Springs. Fine dining is within 20 minutes.
Excursions and adventure await: Dining, shopping and world class beaches are within minutes from the cottage. Easily take day trips to Clearwater Beach or St. Petersburg. If you are in the mood for more excitement Busch Gardens and Walt Disney World are less than two hours away.
World class golfing is just minutes away at Innisbrook Resort.

This home is exquisite! We stayed here for a week enjoying the beautiful views and home's amenities. We saw dolphins swimming right on the shore, pelicans diving for fish, and jumping fish. There are carp right off the pier and lots of sand to play in right in the backyard. One of my favorite features was the Man Cave (of course) and the 4 sliding doors that went right onto the beach sand so I could watch my kids play in the sand while we played pool. We basked in the sun in the outdoor lounge area and put up the umbrellas when it got too hot. We ate most of our meals outside in one of the many seating areas. Inside there is an elaborate television system and a fully furnished kitchen with all the little kitchen items you would need for a week's long trip. I loved that this home included things for kids too like sippy cups, books to read at night, and retractable baby gates. Waking up to a view of the beach from the master bedroom every morning was probably my favorite experience! It was hard to leave the home, but we did go over to Tarpon Springs sponge docks one afternoon and enjoyed some amazing real Greek food and the traditional sponge diving that goes on there. Overall, it was amazing and exceeded our expectations. What a delight!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Molly's house. In fact, we have stayed there twice! The entire house, its decor and amenities surpassed our expectations. This property has fantastic outdoor space. The pool area with many tables, chairs and sand was nice for our family of 5. The upper deck was great for eating outside and relaxing on the very nice outdoor furniture. Our children are small and we really appreciated the fact that the gates upstairs can lock so that they could not access the pool. The man cave is well done and was be enjoyed by all! The bedrooms were nicely done and comfortable. We so enjoyed watching the wildlife (dolphins, crabs, horses, herons and an alligator!) while drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. We all had fun fishing off the pier. We have rented from VRBO and this home was by far the best. Lastly, I noticed and appreciated the QUALITY of the linens, rugs, towels and furniture in the home--it did not feel like a rental property. Thank you for making us welcome and sharing your home with our family.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

One of the best experiences of my LIFE!!!! Often I read property descriptions that over promise but under deliver. In this case not only does the house deliver on all fronts but I was blown away by all the luxuries and details that can make or break a great vacation. I won't bore you with all the details because some have already been written about and the others are fun to find for yourself. What I will tell you is the property owners must have made it a personal mission to foresee any potential problems and spared no expense fixing them. Here's a quick run down of things you wouldn't expect see that make this property beyond belief. Lights on motions sensors everywhere you want them, chlorine free pool, smart AC, outdoor fans, a fishing spot like none other (pro guides travel to fish the spot), a bird suppression system, flat screen refrigerator (No really), espresso maker, top notch cookware (Japanese knives), outdoor fans, child proof gates, seating everywhere, picnic table, Master remote control to the house (you'll find out) and I could go on but at least part of the fun is finding out …WHAT'S NEXT. I would be remised I didn't mention one of my favorite surprises….<<<<<spoiler alert>>>>>>at the push of a button a wall of natural bug repellant is sprayed all around creating a natural bug free wall which in my opinion put this property over the top. I've already booked my trip for next year and if you enjoy your trip half as much as I did you're in for a trip of a lifetime.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had an awesome time. The cottage was amazing. You won't be disappointed. Clean and well-maintained. Loved the Man Cave. Spent most of our time either on the upper deck or down by the pool/beach enjoying the beautiful ocean views. We highly recommend this property to our family and friends. We have utilized VRBO many times over the years and have had a majority of good experiences but the stay that Molly and Ted have created at this home is truly something special. From the moment you pull into the secluded driveway you feel like you've escaped from the busy outside world and can begin to unwind. Every appointment in this home is top quality right down to the towels. If you have a question or concern Molly and Ted are on it immediately. The 2nd story deck is a slice of heaven for the adults, while the kids claimed the game room was "best game room ever!" You will need a car and a flexible schedule as this house is 35-45 minutes from all major attractions. We can't wait to return!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
