This beautiful ocean view condo offers a long stretch of sandy beach and a world class golf course at your doorstep!
This is a first floor unit with two comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed with a private full bathroom and a TV. The second bedroom features one full bed and one twin bed so it is suited for the kids or a couple.
The house opens to a spacious living area with a cozy wood fireplace and cable TV. There is an expansive view all the way to Tillamook Head from the living room, kitchen and dining table and the balcony offers the perfect spot to catch a beautiful Oregon sunset. The living room also features a sofa bed that can be used to sleep 2 additional guests for a total of six.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and everything you need for a great family meal. The dining table comes with four chairs plus there are two bar stools so everyone has plenty of room to relax and eat together. Guests also have access to free wireless internet throughout the condo complex.
The house also features a George Foreman electric grill that is great for BBQs on the balcony and easy to clean up!
Gearhart by the Sea is an excellent spot for any activity that you can think of! With the golf course right across the street, there is never a shortage of fun activities at your doorstep. The beach is a long sandy beach that is not as crowded as neighboring Seaside. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby including the historic Pacific Way Cafe right in the center of town.
There is a nice restaurant right across the street, the McMenamins Sandtrap, which is a great casual restaurant. Please note that many local Gearhart shops are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but Seaside is a short drive away if you are looking for restaurants or shops on those days.
The house is pet friendly so you can bring your dog along for an additional nightly fee and there is a washer and dryer available for longer stays.

Do it, my family came down and spent the day and had dinner and the space in the living room and kitchen was excelletn for entertaining! lots of parking too! The staff is friend and exceptionally helpful, the Early check in email and the Late Checkout made for a very relaxing trip...Good job Vacasa!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Condo is a little dated, but, they had all the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked. We made big dinners each night and lacked for nothing. We are planning our next vacation and it definitely be there! It is very quiet, has a pool, close to the beach and if you want to take your children to see and do things, Seaside, Cannon Beach, etc. are all very closeRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
