Our family of grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and 10 year old twins had a wonderful week in this home and on the beautiful estate surrounding the home. The pictures can't really capture the beauty of the home and gardens. House was AWESOME; clean, well stocked, and we loved the pool, hot tub, screened porch, kitchen. The kids and Pa had great time catching fish; but we had to go down to park at end of Riverside Dr to see dolphins. Area is quite; great for bikes, scooter, skates. The drive to Orlando was 1.5 hrs due to traffic at times, but we loved being only 15 minutes from the beautiful drive-on-beach that was not crowded. Auntie Catfish Restaurant was minutes away at the other end of Riverside Dr and that is delicious food. Our contact person, Katie, was VERY gracious and helpful; no problems at all with reservations and she had the house unlocked, lights on when we arrived and ran over for a quick review..The early moving of the grass one morning and the train whistle awoke us at times, but this vacation week will be remembered for a long time. Not enough words to describe the BEAUTIFUL estate. Thank you Katie! Hope to come back; maybe for a wedding sometime!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We couldn't believe our luck that this home was available for our last minute Daytona Bike Week trip! Estate house lets be honest usually means private entrance - not here! Resembling a place you would find in the NE or CA - this gem of a rental is truly unique to the Daytona area. Staff easy to work with and because we were last minute making our reservation and we were their first guests they gave us a special rate - regardless - affordabilty with all the amenities we would have paid in full! We have already reserved for a spring getaway for family - private pool - no hotel lobby or other guests - minutes away from beach - CANNOT say enough!! Love it!Did you find this review helpful?
