Six ceiling fans grace cathedral and standard ceilings, providing an airy retreat. Large (20 x 20'+) screened in porch with hammock provides relaxation. Three full baths are remodeled with marble walls and floors. Three bedrooms with two King beds and one double. Sleeps 8 with current beds and up to 10 as a Queen air mattress is provided. Linens (sheets, towels) are provided upon request and available for those who travel a long distance.
You will walk in and not want to leave!
Two high def TVs, two HVAC units provide comfort, iPod docking station, DVD player and wifi are some of the amenities.
Well behaved, house broken, adult dogs are considered for a $125 non refundable pet fee. Certain breeds or chewers may not be approved. No cats, please! :)

About the owner: I am a professional and work in DC. An Annapolis residence was purchased as I love to sail and stay be the water. Looking for a vacation tenant who will treat my home as their own and with respect, while enjoying the amenities the home and Annapolis area offer. I do own a dog (labrador,) so those with pet allergies should look elsewhere!
