  Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Unsere Kinder 5 Jahre und 1,25 Jahre haben sich vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt und den Pool großartig gefunden. Wir waren "nur" zu viert in dem Haus, es ist aber ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und liegen in einem ruhigen Gebiet mit Einzelhäusern. Einkaufen, Strand und Aktivitäten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Haus sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

  House was great!!! Clean, spacious and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us while we stayed in Sebastian! We will be back. Price was extremely reasonable and a much better choice than staying in a hotel!!!

  First of all, what makes this place so great is Scott, the owner. He is very gracious and very accommodating. The house is very comfortable with nice furniture and TV's, even WiFi. But, the weather is so beautiful, the pool right outside your door, nearby beaches (we visited several), there is no need for these. Scott, thank you for your hospitality and we definitely hope to return

  Das Haus in Sebastian und der sehr gastfreundliche Besitzer haben alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es ist sehr zu empfehlen! Das Haus, der Pool und das ganze Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist liebevoll und hat ihren eigenen Charme. Ob in Küche oder Bad es fehlt an nichts, es ist sehr sauber. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern (2 Jungs im Alter von 6 Jahren und 1 Baby im Alter von 11 Monaten) war es ideal. Wir danken Familie Knauer, dass wir eine tolle Zeit in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen! THANKS, liebe Grüße Kerstin, Achim, David, Jan und Luise Lulay

  We love the house and the pool. It had everything we needed. The beaches are very beautiful. We've spotted a dolphin at the beach, We saw manatees, rays and a lot of other animals.   My husband, sister and I really enjoyed our stay and found the home to have everything we needed to make our vacation fantastic! There were so many things to do close by and the wildlife were just minutes away. There are several parks and beaches nearby. The owner was extremely helpful and wonderful in accomodating our vacation schedule. The photo's accurately detailed the home and I would highly recommend the home to my other family members and friends. If you didn't want to eat in the equiped kitchen, there were plenty of places to dine in or eat out on the water. Squid Lips (yes that's the name) and Capt. Hiriams' both had live music and great food. Everyone was so friendly and eager to please. I would recommend visiting McLarty's and Mel Harris Treasure Museums and the Brevard Zoo (they have kayak and train ride/tours, a large Aviary and you can feed Giraffes and pet Rhinos). Sitting by the pool was very relaxing and the furniture both inside and outside the home was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very large and the kitchen had an eat in area by the large front window. Everything was at your fingertips. The home is on a quiet street in a very nice area with a lot of parking in the drive way and garage. We had a great week and would definitely book the house again!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  First of all I would like to thank Scott for being so accommodating. We were attending our granddaughters graduation at FIT. The family really enjoyed the house and. Everything was well maintained and the yard was beautiful. It was nice to come back in the afternoon take a dip in the pool, have a cookout, and enjoy being together. Sure beat staying in any hotel. If we come back to the Sebastian area this house will be at the top of our list. We highly recommend this property. Thanks again Scott.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My daughter, her family (including a 3 year old and 5 year old), and I just returned from a great vacation in Sebastian. We loved the backyard pool, went to the beach daily (many days twice), and found this home very livable. We even spent a full day at Kennedy Space Center which I definitely recommend. With little ones, we especially appreciated the laundry room! The separation of family bedrooms and master suite was good, too. We did have to rent a crib, but it was delivered and set up and retrieved exactly as prearranged. The owner was very flexible about adjusting to our schedule, could not have been more helpful. The property was clean, well maintained, and I would recommend it to a friend.
