  The condo was just like the listing description it was very clean and the whole resort was very kept very clean and i would recommend anyone to go there. We will going back there to stay. Can''t wait to go back next year!

  We stayed at this condo for a month late in 2011. We will be back for sure next year. Dave was so very curteous and helpful. We really appreciated the renovated bathrooms and the easy access to the tub and shower. We appreciated that there was no carpet in this unit, making it very clean. The stairs were no problem at all, it was great having the two floors...it seemed like we had more space!! The photos in the description were very accurate. For any Canadians there is a tea kettle and tea pot in this condo...a must for sure. The morning we left the dolphins put on a good show, making it easier for us to leave. We loved the quiet at this end of the beach....and so close to the park! Wish we could have stayed longer.

  Wife and I stayed at this Condo for a week in late July. Discription, pics everything listed about this condo was right on the money. The views from the balconies (2 of them, one on 5th floor and one on 6th floor) were absolutely amazing.... Bring some binoculars!!!! Your just high enough so you don't get a bunch of noise from pool and the view!!!! We ate breakfast out on the balcony every morning. We had a little glitch with the AC but one call to the owner, and he was right on it, Very easy to work with. Very willing to work with you, we discovered that the blender was gone, when I asked him if he was supposed to have one, he confirmed it was and offered to get us one... (we had plenty of other things to drink so not a problem) Bring you a good cooler and stake out a spot on the sun deck or pool side early or you won't get any shade in the heat of the day. We would definately rent this place again. Did I mention the VIEWS!!!! Oh and a short walk down to the St. Andrews park was a bonus. Also Schoolners Beach Club is a short walk up the beach made it easy to hang out and catch some good music at nites. THE VIEWS!!!!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  The condo was everything it said it was. I have no complaints with the condo just the owner. I have been back from our stay there for 2 months now and have not received my deposit back as of yet. I have contacted him many times and still nothing. I understand things come up but for 2 months come on. Renters beware.

  We loved this condo. It is everything in the description. It is centered perfect over the pool and over looking the Gulf. It is located away from all the hustle of traffic. The owner of this condo is very friendly and a pleasure to talk and work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a nice quiet place to get away that is family friendly. I plan on renting again from this owner.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

June and July are summer rates WEEKLY ONLY!

Cheaper in May and August into the fall!

Call for specials

Weekly only year around, Monthly in November thru Feb 28th.

Final payments are due 30 days before arrival along with separate security deposit. No refunds on deposits or rents paid within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations require a written 30 day notice.
