Our townhouse is located in Sandestin Resort, the premier vacation destination in the Florida panhandle. Sandestin is famous for the best beach in the northern Gulf of Mexico. The resort features four championship golf courses spread over 2400 acres between the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay. The Village at Baytown Wharf has become one of the best dining and entertainment centers of the area.
Our townhouse is located in the Fairways section of Sandestin, a shaded and quiet residential area on the Links golf course in the northwest section of the resort. It is convenient to everything because of the short drives to other sections or the resort. We have a great view of bay from our deck on the seventh fairway of the Links course.
We have recently renovated our townhouse with new tile and carpet downstairs, all new kitchen appliances, renovated bathrooms, and newly repainted interior. We have cable TV (with NEW HIGH DEFINITION TV and DVD in the living room and TV with VHS in the MBR)and FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS by cable modem. We also provide a gas grill for the use of our guests.
Our three bedrooms and loft offer super accommodations for at least four adults and four children. The Master BR has a king bed and bath, the downstairs guest BR has 2 double beds and bath, the upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and half bath, and we have 2 single beds in the loft. A baby pack & play, baby booster chair and stroller are available for your use. Sandestin offers the KidZone and Kid's Night Out programs and local baby sitting services are also available.
Bike rentals are available at Bikes-R-Us, near Sandestin
(850)837-6947. They will deliver and pick up at the townhouse, with locks, and willl come fix any problems. Their rates are $35.00/week for adults and $30.00/week for children. Shorter rentals are available in the Spring, Fall and Winter, at lower rates.
No Smoking. No Pets. At least one guest must be a responsible adult at least 25 years of age.

Why the Owner Chose Fairways
We had rented in the Fairways section every summer for about 10 years before deciding to buy. Sandestin is perfect for our family. I love to play golf and have four courses to choose from. My wife, children and grandchildren love the beach, so everybody is happy. The Fairways section is a quite, residential area. The beach, Baytowne Village and other attractions of the resort are nearby, but we can relax away from the crowds in our townhouse. We selected unit 272 because of its size and the great view from the back deck.

We enjoyed staying at your property during our Women's Retreat this past weekend. With the exception of the gaggle of women in our group, it was quiet and peaceful - and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed morning coffee and feeding ducks from the back deck - and using the grill to cook a deligthful evening meal, which we ate under the stars listening to the chirping of insects. It was nice that the trolley was just a short walk from the condo. I slept in a bed in the cozy open loft and it was very comfortable - and even with a full house, the 2 1/2 baths were adequate for all of the women in our group. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It's so cozy and inviting. The view is wonderful and our children really enjoyed the ducks and turtles out back. Eating out was great but being able to cook dinner and relax in your comfortable home with our kids was great! We hope you'll let us come back again and again!

Our stay was superb! We enjoyed the location of the townhouse because it added a "lake retreat" feel to the beach. The view of the bay and the golf course from the living area was wonderful, and we enjoyed watching a variety of boats glide across the bay and golfers make the green. Also, the small lake only a step away from the patio provided for great fishing. The townhouse was extremely clean and comfortable. It was spacious and accomadated five adults and two children well. The amenities card was a nice added feature. We were able to use the tram and had access to the other amenities Sandestin offers. We thorougly enjoyed our stay at 272 Fairways and plan on another stay in the future!
