Rent a single family, beautifully appointed, 3 bedroom (one BR currently set up as an office with Queen Murphy bed), 2 bath, private pool and spa instead of a condo!
Fiddlers Creek is a gated and guarded community. It has miles of biking/walking paths, a nature area, and many social events for you and your family.
The Club and Spa membership is optional ($500 transfer fee that goes to the Club), but highly recommended. The 54,000 sq. ft. Club and Spa features a complete workout room with free weights and Cybex equipment, aerobics and spinning classes, yoga, Pilates, spa services, 6 clay tennis courts with available lessons and water aerobics. The pools, four in all, are expansive and surrounded in a lovely landscaped setting. The adult only pool has lap lanes. All other pools are family-friendly and features a waterfall and two slides. There are two restaurants on the property. The Gator Grill, which is poolside and available for snacks, lunch and Sunday breakfast. The servers will also come to your chair to take food and beverage orders (just raise the flag on your chaise!). The other restaurant on site is Caxambas, and features fine dining and a large wine list. The food is excellent.
The 18 hole, Par 72 golf course at Fiddler's Creek was designed by Arthur Hills, and is superbly maintained. It's 7,157 yards are waiting for you!

If you want that perfect vacation get-a-way then this is it. The home is beautiful, the pool is fabulous and the location is pure luxury. You'll never want to leave.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

This is not just a vacation home, but a perfectly maintained and fully decorated private year-round residence in a gated luxury resort community. There is no "hype" in the description of this property or resort community. Its private pool and spa was a big plus, too. We tried hard to leave it in the same like-new condition as we got it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: We live in Michigan, but have been coming to Fiddler's Creek with our kids for many years to visit family. We love it so much, we bought a place on the next street over from them.
Why the Owner Chose Other Fiddler's Creek Properties:
We love Fiddler's Creek because it is true resort living. There is so much to do right there, whether you use the golf course, the gym, the spa, or the family-friendly or adults-only pools. And at the pool, there's poolside service for food and drinks! While there is little reason to leave Fiddler's, there is so much to do close by. Whether your tastes run to upscale shopping in Naples, gourmet dining, the beach on Marco Island, fishng or family fun, they are within a few miles. It truly feels like a vacation when visiting.

Why rent a condo (or coach home, as they are commonly called), when you can rent a single family house with a private pool and spa? There are few single family homes listed for rent at Fiddler's.
