Fantastic location steps away from the beach in the beautiful Tiki luxury condominium complex. Ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful gardens surround 2 nice heated swimming pools. Our condo is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. This kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, electric range/oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. We provide you with 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN, DVD player, free WIFI internet service, VOIP phone with free long distance (domestic) calls, bed linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board. You only need to bring your personal items. The 2 heated (at winter time) outdoor swimming pools were renovated this year. We're located just across the boulevard from Sea Turtle Inc. and the fantastic South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Rio Grande Valley's premier destination for birdwatching. Many activities within 10 minutes of the condominium: Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing, windsurfing, kite-boarding and sailboat rentals. There is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Other activities include beach 4-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Paradise for golfers, there is golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista and many more courses around the valley. Come see why we love South Padre Island!!!

We recently rented this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo and were very happy with the ample space for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The condo is close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. the Tiki sits next door to Clayton's which is one of favorite spots. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. David was very accommodating and was always a phone call away when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be renting here again very soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Plenty of room for our party of 6 with room to spare! Highly recommend with it's proximity to the beach...Just a short walk to the water. Owner is quick to respond to emails and makes himself avail....A+Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

enjoyed the spacious well maintained condo. loved the excess to beach , was a little disappointed with the pool but over was agreat place to relax and get sun and sand.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We rented at the Tiki for the first time. My family was visiting from out of town and we need a pet friendly condo close to the beach. This unit fit us perfectly. It was so nice not to have to ride an elevated up and down all day. Unloading and packing up was a breeze due to the ground floor. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. It was my birthday and he even had flowers and a card waiting. The unit was very clean and contained everything we needed for a beach weekend. The beach was very nice and not as crowded as other areas which was great! I would recommend the Tiki to anyone looking for a nice family friendly place to stay!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a great stay here for 2 weeks. Really convenient to beach, but without being too congested around this area. Kitchen was really well equipped, better than a lot of rentals we have stayed in. Owner very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely go back. Great access to Kite boarding and windsurfing beaches.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location for kiters and we met some very nice neighbors. For our purposes (2 couples and 1 kid) it was great. David and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We liked being so close to the beach and walking distance to the nature center. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and we love it! Plenty of room for the kids and having 2 bathrooms really helps! The kitchen is well equipped and the large dining room and living room were perfect for our family. The proximity to the pool and beach are great too.
