This beautiful house has been called 'Deer Valley luxury in Cottonwood Heights.' It is your luxury home away from home. It sits high on the east bench of the valley. You will not find a better view or more luxurios accomodations anywhere for any price. Watch the sun set over the SaIt Lake valley from the comfort of your custom living room in front of a roaring fire. It comfortably sleeps 6-10 people. It has3 bedrooms, two custom bathrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen and was fully remodeled in October of 2009. It features granite countertops and knotty alder cabinettes in the kitchen and baths, stone, slate and traverting flooring, hand scraped hickory in the kitchen and living room, hi-def LCD television and high speed internet. It also has 2 custom baths with vessel sinks. The downstairs bath has a custom tile shower with dual shower heads. It also has an attached two car garage. Excellent location, Clean, well stocked, and great snow while we were there. Mike is putting in a Hot tub and that was the only thing we missed. Looking west out over Salt Lake was a wonderful view.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We came to Utah for 4 days and this condo was perfect. Extremely close to Snowbird, Alta, and several other great mountains. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and a great ski shop for rentals. The place was clean, newly remodeled and had plenty of room for 3 couples or more. The perfect location! One minute from the Big Cottonwood Canyon mouth, two minutes from a Smiths grocery store! Perfect size condo for seven, with everything you need. I rented this condo from the owner, Mike recently (1/8/13-1/13/13), and had a fantastic experience. From my initial contact with Mike through the duration of our stay, our expectations were exceeded. Mike was very accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our group was very comfortable. The condo was large enough to sleep our group of 8 comfortably. The condo has been recently remodeled and is stocked with all the necessities, from fresh linens and towels to kitchen appliances and utensils. The condo is located at the top of Cottonwood Heights, providing breath-taking views in the mornings and evenings, as well as very easy access to four world class ski resorts, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. This was our first ski trip to Utah. Mike was nice enough to get our group in touch with Twin Peaks Ski Rental and Repair, for a great deal on equipment rentals and it is located just across the street from the condo. Mike also got us in touch with a snowmobile tour guide so we could go out on an excursion to see the best terrain and trails. To top it all off, this condo was one of the most affordable that I found on VRBO and with its comfortable accommodations, I am certain it is the best value as well. We cannot wait to go back to Utah and we will definitely be renting this wonderful condo again. What you see on the site is exactly what you'll got. This is the perfect location for skiing Alta,Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude; just between Little and Big Cottonwood. There is also a big grocery and restaurants near by. It's full equiped with a lot of kitchen tools, recents apliances, towels and linens. I rent often condos and it is one of the most equiped I have seen. Finally, something very important, it's clean. Mike is helpfull and comprehensive especially when we arrive late because of our flight have been delayed.If I go back in Utah, I will rent it again. La maison en rangée est exactement tel que décrite sur le site . La situation est parfaite pour skier Alta, Snowbird, Solitude et Brighton, juste entre Little et Big Cottonwood. Il y a une grosse épicerie et des restos pas très loin. Il faut acheter ses billets de skis dans les magasins de sports, c'est moins cher. Je loue souvent des condos et c'est un des mieux équipés que j'ai vu.Il y a tout dans la cuisine,il y a aussi beaucoup de serviettes et de draps. Finallement, quelque chose de bien important, c'est propre. Mike est très disponible et a été compréhensif lorsque notre vol a été rétardé. Si je retoune en Utah, je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cette maison.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are ski and snowboard veterans. We bought this home in 2009 and use it as our base camp when we want to get to the resorts fast. Utah is our paradise and well kept secret. It truly has the Greatest Snow On Earth, but don't tell anybody. We still live in the area and would love to share this wonderful home with you.

It's close to all of the major resorts but you don't pay resort prices. Nothing the resorts have to offer are this nice anyway.
