  We typically travel to Grand Haven two or three times a year. This was our first stay in this condo and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and location. We rent homes and condos on a regular basis and this one ranks as one of the nicest ones. The owners do an exceptional job of keeping it in top shape and were very easy to work with. We especially enjoyed the location. Literally a stones throw from shops and restaurants. We plan on reserving it the next time we visit Grand Haven. Thanks again.

  This was one of the most beautiful Michigan vacations we have been on. It was our first time visiting Grand Haven and certainly won't be our last! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. You couldn't ask for a better location. We walked alot and the beautiful Grand Haven Beach is only a couple minute drive. We had our three children (4,6 and 7) with a total of 7 people in the condo and there was plenty of room. We visited Holland, Michigan Adventure and also canoed. Everything is very close to the condo. We didn't get to do it all in one week. My kids loved watching the musical fountain from the roof top every evening. Our next visit I'm hoping to get my husband on a fishing charter as we could not believe the amount of fish brought back. We had a beautiful vacation and will be returning next year. The owners were wonderful to work with. We only had phone conversations but very pleasant and accomodating. You will not be sorry to rent this condo!!

  'We love this place. It's a perfect location, very clean, tastefully decorated, and you are quick to respond to any needs/concerns. I hope you don't sell the place before we get to stay here again. We've rented many houses and condos over that past 15 years, and you're exactly the type of person we hope and appreciate renting from.'

Personal checks acceptable for advance payments of the deposit and rent.
Cashier checks or cash requested at time of rental.
June thru September: $1,200/wk. Discounts available for multiple weeks.
4th of July: $1,350/wk.  Coast Guard: $1,600/wk.
Off Season Rates (Oct-May): $850/wk and $150/night with a minimum of three nights.
Security deposit of $250 returned within 3 days following inspection.
Weekly rentals only in prime season: Sunday (3pm) to Sunday (10am).
30% deposit to reserve.
