Aloha to paradise. Our unit A204, is considered to be one of the finest locations within the complex with a direct ocean view! Can you imagine yourself having breakfast out on a large lanai while enjoying that fabulous ocean view! The boats pass by on their way to Molokini for a snorkeling adventure. The whales, when in season, are also viewable from our Lanai.
We have just upgraded our kitchen with granite counter tops and a tumbled marble tile back splash. All new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances make cooking and cleaning an ease should you desire to do so. Our furniture has also just been redecorated to provide a very tropical atmosphere.
Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres of one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. It is considered to be one of Maui's premier condominium luxury resorts.
Our unit is situated on a small hill across the road from Kamaole III Beach, one of Maui's finest beaches for all water activities. It is a great family beach. There are two swimming pools and hot tubs along with two tennis courts. It is a very quiet complex away from the usual noise.
Our non-smoking unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has a California King size bed with a full private bathroom. There is also a large fold up mattress pad for kids that is very easy to put away during the day.
Louvered sliding doors provide privacy yet open to the living area below. There are five ceiling fans, along with two air conditioners. However, with the lanai's open the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite cool!

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
We looked and numerous properties before deciding on South Maui and Maui Kamaole in particular. We wanted something very tropical and spacious, so Maui Kamaole fit the bill perfectly. We consider our location as one of the best in the complex, because we sit up on a small hill with a direct ocean view and little to no noise from South Kihei road or the pool areas. Yet we are a quick 1 minute walk to the main pool and a 3 minute walk to Kam III beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Luxury Condomium Resort
A204 is an end unit, so we only have 1 neighbor to our left and nobody above us. It is a very peaceful location. The beaches in South Maui are not nearly as crowed and the snorkeling is great just about all times of the year. We are close to the grocery stores and restaurants, yet far enough way that we don't get the congestion. We are just across from KAM III beach, which is regarded as the best family beaches anywhere. (Boogie boarding, snorkel, tide pools, swimming)

Karen and I purchased this property in hopes of retiring in Maui for at least 3 or 4 months out of the year in the near future. We are both nearing the end of our careers and have successfully raised our 5 children. They are all still currently residing in California, so with 4 Grandchildren and maybe more to come, it will be difficult for us to be away full time. We have been coming to the islands for over 30 years and Maui of course is our favorite. We feel it has everything we need to relax and yet there is still plenty to do to keep us entertained!

Hi Jack, Talk about location, location, location! You're condo has all the comforts of home, but with views and a location to die for! We've definitely decided to be repeat customers the next time we make it back to Maui and want to sincerely thank you for providing such a great unit for rental. Walked from the unit to Wailea via the beach path nearly every day. Having roamed the whole complex to see all the beautiful plants, I'll bet you have the best location within the entire complex, too. Watching the sunset over the ocean from the patio, and then swimming under the palms and stars evenings, it was hard to get enthused about going anywhere else at night, even with a 22-year-old along. The view of sunrise over Haleakala from the bedroom side of the unit made an early riser out of me, too. Loved it! Thanks, Mindy

Jack - We just returned from Maui yesterday and just wanted to drop you a quick note to say "Mahalo" - your place was great, just as advertised! My wife and I had been to Maui once before (Kaanapali) on our honeymoon about 14 years ago; my two daughters had never been and had a really enjoyable time. We found Kihei/Wailea area to be a lot of fun and unpretentious. We really liked the location at South end of Kihei, a little away from the strip malls. When we were driving down S. Kihei road we said to ourselves many times that Maui Kamaole is the best combo of location, well-kept spacious grounds, pretty plants, and well-maintained attractive buildings. By the way, of the several beaches in Kihei/Walilea that we checked out, we found Ulua beach to be about the best for gentle waves and snorkeling from the beach! Hi Jack, Well, we had a wonderful time in your condo! We saw a ton of whales, dolphins, fish, and only a couple of turtles. Your condo is in a terrific part of the complex and had everything that we needed. You were right about the trade winds kicking up in the afternoon (although they were pretty brisk in the morning a couple of times also), as well as the walk along the beach. It will definitely be a trip to remember. On a side note, I have to say how impressed we were also with the Resort Quest staff and the maid who serviced your condo, Melinda. I realized after arriving at the airport in Honolulu that I had forgotten my new honu necklace and earrings on the dresser in the master bedroom. My sons and husband had bought these for me because they knew I love honus and they were very special and meaningful to me. Well, in a panic I called Resort Quest and was able to speak to Sheena who then tracked down Melinda, and she did find the jewelry and brought it personally to the Resort Quest office. Sheena took my credit card number and promptly shipped it via UPS and I received it within a couple of days. I was so thankful and relieved and wanted to personally share that story with you. Hey Jack, just wanted to let you know that we loved your condo! Great location, great facilities, it was nice that there was boogie boards, sand toys, chairs and of course especially coolers. Loved the front lanai, had coffee and breakfast there every morning and cocktails at night watching the sunset. Would definitely stay there again. Hi Jack, We had a fabulous trip, and really enjoyed your condo. It was great having all the beach stuff, we made use of the fins, boogie boards and bamboo mats. I will be happy to pass your name on if I hear of anyone looking for a condo there. A tip for future guests: the sunset special at the Five Palms in the Mauna Kai Resort. For $25, you get salad, choice of 3 main courses and dessert. Good food, fabulous view and atmosphere. We had our last dinner there. Mahalo! Cathy
