Enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and easy access to Mountain Village from our beautiful family residence, located in Telluride's Depot District. This 3,245 square foot home is steps from the gondola and 1.5 blocks from historic downtown's restaurants and shops.
The open living area and kitchen are ideal for families and large groups. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a warm and welcoming living area. Two sofas surround a flat screen TV, and there is a gas burning fireplace. Beyond the lounge area, there is a dining table for 6 guests and a full gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances by Wolf & Sub Zero. There is also a small bar next to the fridge. Behind the kitchen is a half bathroom, and a laundry. Guests can also access the parking garage, and the rear lane from this back entrance.
This family residence features 4 beautifully appointed bedroom suites. The home sleeps 10 people comfortably. On the upper level of the home is the king sized master suite, and a queen guest suite. The master suite has a huge en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, steam shower & separate toilet. The queen guest suite also has it's own private bathroom with a shower, as well as a gas fireplace and a small private balcony. There are 2 additional queen guest suites on the lower level of the home. One of these suites has a queen bed and an additional set of bunk beds behind a partition wall. This guest suite has a lovely en suite bathroom with a steam shower & jetted tub. The other queen guest bedroom has a private bathroom also with a free standing tub and a separate shower.
All amenities are state-of-the art, and a steam shower, heated floors and state-of-the-art sound system add to the comfort of this home. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. There is also wifi and a washer & dryer.
In the winter, it's a short walk to the gondola which gives you easy access to the Mountain Village and the superior skiing terrain of Telluride. During the summer months enjoy biking on the river trail, walking to Telluride's festival grounds or hiking on gorgeous Colorado Mountain trails.
Although the property has a one car garage and 2 outside parking spots, this convenient central location eliminates the need for a car unless you leave Telluride to explore the surrounding mountains and valleys.
