Wow! You've just found THE perfect house for your next family reunion, golf adventure, friend vacation or corporate meeting! Seaside Days is a gorgeous, professionally decorated, oceanfront luxury duplex that offers the perfect location and lots of space to spread out. This house is made up of two identical units down to the paint and the decor! You will get 8 bedrooms (4 per side) with private baths, plus an extra full bathroom in the main living areas of each unit. Newly built in 2008, this modern duplex is top-notch in every way. Your stay will be spectacular!
This house boasts three stories of sweeping ocean views with an elevator to take you to each level. A private walkway, outside shower, pool, 50' big screen plasma TV, gourmet kitchen with 2 dishwashers, secure wireless internet, poker/game table, mini-bar with ice-maker, intercom system, game room, full laundry room,and a beverage refrigerator are just a sampling of what past guests of Seaside Days appreciate most. The main living room balcony now offers brand-new adirondack chairs. Now, multiply this times 2 because you get all these amenities on both sides of the house!
The bedrooms are configured with two double or queen-size beds in six of the eight bedrooms and one King-size 'swing' bed in the remaining two bedrooms (can be coverted to two twins). Six of the bedrooms offer oceanfront balconies and private baths. The remaining two bedrooms are interior and also have a private bath. No need to remember the hairdryer because all ten bathrooms already have one! Each bedroom and the game room has it's own TV + DVD player.
The Gourmet kitchens are spectacular and include: granite countertops, two dishwashers in each kitchen, Stainless Steel Appliances, Islands with preparation sinks, ovens with a pizza/warmer oven, and tile floors for easy clean-up. Each kitchen provides a microwave, TV + DVD player and an extra beverage refrigerator. Utensils and everything you need to prepare first class meals are provided.
Whether enjoying privacy and quiet while you read is your idea of a perfect vacation or enjoying everything Myrtle Beach has to offer...this Windy Hill house is for you! Seaside Days is located on a quiet street that does not allow for pass-through traffic. There is something to do for everyone in your group that is within steps or a few minutes drive. Seaside A has it all! We had three families get together over the Thanksgiving Holiday. This home doesn't feel like a rental at all! It's interior is warm and welcoming, like your own home with a much better view! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty to do inside: game tables, televisions, covered balconies for looking out on the ocean and people watching. Although we had three families in the house, we always felt like we had lots of space. The home is located in a quiet area yet convenient to shops and many restaurants. We could be at Barefoot Landing in less than three minutes. This is a great year round place to stay! Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a shame such a beautiful home is not kept clean or the "luxury" linen service is even close to clean. Biggest disappointment of 2012 for four families. Maybe under different management the vacation experience would have been better but when you spend two nights cleaning the house and laundering the linens so they could be used it really took the fun out of vacation. The dirty linen bags sat in the hallway the entire week. The pool was finally cleaned Friday which was great, that was our last day in it. The customer service of Elliott Beach Rentals was beyond poor. They may have over 1500 units in Myrtle Beach but I will certainly find a property they do not manage for my next trip. We rented both sides of this home for our daughters wedding was great to have so much room for both familes to stay in one place. Loved that we were able to open the entire house for everyone to use as one large home. Was more then we could have ever expected. The pictures of this house are just what you will see and get if you stay here. The kitchen in both sides are wonderful with lots of amenities, loved having an extra beverage refrigerator and ice maker at the wet bar. It was nice having the elevator for the older family members to use. We loved having our own private pool to use along with having the walk way to the beach which was a beautiful isle way for my husband to bring our daughter down for her dream beach wedding. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

About: My husband and I are pharmacists. We graduated from the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in 1992 and 1993, respectively. We have four very active children, two dogs (who like to travel with us) and one very fat cat. We love the ocean and traveling. Some of our favorite times of the year are when we get to visit our 'home away from home' at the beach!
Why Private Homes:
My husband is a private pilot so we chose a quiet location that is close to a small airport called the Grand Strand Airport. This location is right on Ocean Blvd but it is a section of the road that does not allow for pass-through traffic. It is only 2 miles North of Barefoot Landing (popular shopping area) and has many activities withing walking distance. There are too many excellent restaurants to even mention!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love, love, love the sweeping ocean views from all of the balconies! The private walkway makes walking out to the beach a pleasure. We get to shower off on our way back in and often stop for a dip in the pool. I personally like the two dishwashers in each kitchen (if you have a lot of children or travel in large groups you know what I mean). The full ice-makers in each unit are extremely nice too! It's hard to pick my favorites because I love everything about our house!
