Beautiful Spacious Beach Home with Spectacular Views!

  What a wonderful place! We came back to a place where my wife was born and raised and I lived for 4 years. There was plenty of sleeping and recreational space for 6 adults and 2 kids...and about a dozen local family and friends that dropped in to say "Hi" over our 10 day stay. Woke up a few mornings and walked the Embarcadero and out to the Rock...a perfect distance from the hustle but close enough to be right there. Enjoyed some local night life and live music at the Fuel Dock and Legends where the crowds are pleasant and welcoming (again close walking distance after a few adult beverages). House amenities provided us the opportunity to host a couple of BBQs and game nights...what a blast. Kids and adults loved the game room, music system and keyboard. Even when we had confusion about checkout...the owners and cleaning staff were very understanding. Thanks and we'll see you again soon.

  We spent a wonderful week at this house with our children and 9 of our grandchildren: 17 of us, including kids from 14 years to 11 months, were comfortably accommodated. The top floor is very open, yet spacious enough for folks to spread out into different groupings and activities. (Of course, a favorite activity for our week was watching the Olympics on the big TV in the living room!) The furnishings, decor, linens, appliances, etc. are all very nice, seemingly with the visitors' comfort and convenience in mind. Besides hanging out in this lovely home, we enjoyed Morro Rock and beach, Avila Beach and Avila Valley Barn (great for little kids), pedicures at Ocean Spa and Nails in SLO, dinner at McClintock's in Shell Beach, lunch at Giovanni's on the MB Embarcadero, and some of us were lucky enough to still be there for the twice-annual Morro Bay Street Fair. A great family vacation that we hope to repeat! Thanks, Jeff and Colleen!

  Wow - what an awesome home! Our family (all 13 of us) had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Everyone had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and every amenity we needed was available. Thank you for sharing such a gorgeous, well-appointed vacation get-away. You helped to make our son's graduation from Cal Poly a memorable weekend! Thank you - God bless!

  This is an awesome place!!! It’s absolutely the best place to spend your vacation with good friends and family. I look forward to coming back. The house itself is gorgeous. There is plenty of room for a good size group to hang out together. There are also many places where you can break away for some solitude, whether it’s on one of the balconies, sitting rooms, private rooms or the game room. Many great features, but one is that each room has it’s own bathroom with shower and/or bathtub. The décor is beautiful throughout the house! It’s equipped with everything you need. The location is great with the views of the rock and ocean. It is just a short walk to the rock and downtown. We enjoyed the shops, farmers market and Shine Café. We went the weekend of the car show. Reserve way in advance if you want to get it for the car show! All other places where booked. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Jeff and Colleen!

  We had a wonderful getaway at this beautiful vacation home. There was lots of room for our two-family group, and the kids did fine on the stairs. We enjoyed cooking in the brand new, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Very cute, modern decor and finishes throughout the home. The home was impeccably clean and included everything we might need. We loved the views, the easy access to the waterfront and the Rock. The owners Jeff and Colleen were very nice and easy to work with. We hope to come back! Thank you!

  What an amazing home! All that was promised was there...and more! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, the home is immaculate and beautifully decorated and the views go on forever. We had a large family gathering for Thanksgiving, and this home handled 12 of us with no problem at all. There are a lot of stairs, but that worked to our advantage by keeping the activities on one floor while children napped on another. We even were able to eat together at one table - with ocean views. There was something for everyone - walking along the beach, climbing Bishop's Peak, shopping at the "Cotton Ball" and lots of eating! The owners were gracious and very easy to work with. We can't wait to go back.
