If you think you will enjoy this view, you'll definitely like this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo. Located in the exclusive Belmont Estate, Ocean View is one of four quiet units, each overlooking the famous Long Bay beach, just a short step away; while Smuggler's Cove and Long Bay Beach Resort, with its restaurants and amenities are both within walking distance. Entering the living room, you have this outstanding view over Belmont Palm Grove, the Sugar Loaf and the islands of Jost van Dyke set in the brilliant blue of the Atlantic Ocean. The airy and open plan living room is an ideal space for a family or group to view the stunning sunsets and enjoy the sea breezes. These views are repeated in the master bedroom (a/c and queen bed) with en suite full bathroom. The large dining room opens to a shaded patio for al fresco dining amid colourful tropical plantings.
The second bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower only) features its own patio/garden area and has twin beds easily converted to a king bed. The efficient and well equipped kitchen will encourage you to do your own creative Caribbean cooking.
At your doorstep is a lovely freshwater pool(salt system) surrounded by a lush tropical garden overlooking Long Bay. As this is a deep-water adult pool children must be carefully supervised. Note that the only people allowed to use the pool are the other owners (when in residence) and the persons renting Ocean View. Outside guests not permitted.
The on-site manager has lived in Tortola for forty years and is available to deal with any problems and to provide helpful information on the island. Rest assured that she values her privacy as much she respects yours. We hope you will enjoy your stay on our very special island.

Belmont Estates #3 is located on the residential west end of Tortola, overlooking Belmont Hill and Jost Van Dyke. It is a short walk to Belmont Bay Beach and a brief drive or walk (~ 1 mile) to Smuggler’s Cove beach. The unit was spotless and furnished/stocked like a home away from home. It was a delightful place to stay with a full kitchen, great views, A/C in the bedroom and a wonderful pool. It was as nice to stay "home" as it was to go out and explore the island. The Belmont area was very quiet and it was easy to navigate to and from this end of the island. We were in easy walking distance of the Long Bay resort, and close enough to walk to Sebastian’s and the world-famous Bomba Shack (only one steep hill to climb). The unit was nicely stocked with vacation extras, such as bags, Tupperware, paper towels, dish soap, cooking spices, a cooler and beach towels, so we were always prepared for our daily adventure around the island and the BVI. It was just a few minutes drive to the West End ferry (and grocery and laundry facilities and gas station). We'd return home at the end of the day to relax with a glass of wine on the balcony, enjoying amazing sunsets just like in the picture. In addition, our host Heather was available, accessible and so hospitable, and provided mid-week cleaning services as an added bonus. Overall, Belmont #3 is a relaxing, comfortable, quiet and memorable place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
