The house was a pleasant surprise......so spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our week, as it was a rather windy week, so it was nice to have the protected/private pool to spend time around. There were four of us, and we always felt we could have our own space if we needed it. Two of the gals were in their mid twenties, and they could easily walk to the Deerfield Beach area in the evening and enjoy the night life, which there was a lot of. I highly recommend this property, and I would like to book it again for my family.

We were so happy with this property. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed here with four adults and a small dog. Great neighborhood with friendly people. It's a short 15 minute walk to the beach. Pam's cart in the garage is filled with all of your beach needs, so no need to bring chairs, towels or coolers. We loved the outdoor covered patio and only used the dinning room once our entire stay. The house is divided into two seprate wings for sleeping, so it's great for families. Nice kitchen and the laundry room is a bonus. Many good restaurants are within a 15 minute walk, but all of the beach front places have valet parking, for only $5. for those who would rather drive. We found 2 Publix and a Walgreens within a few miles for our grocery and shopping needs. There is a small grassy area in the back yard for those with animals or children. The pool is small and was very cold, but I'm sure if we had experienced warmer weather we would have found the pool very refreshing. We would recommend this property to any family, two couples or a girls getaway. it is a very nice house in a great area.

This home was wonderful. It had everything that you needed, very spacious, great for a family vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short walk to the beach. The home was clean and loved the color scheme in the bathrooms, we hope to make this a yearly vacation!

We stayed here for one week and had a delightful time. The house was very nice, clean and close to everything we needed. Pam was an excellent! This beautiful home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, so it felt like home. The pool in the sunny back yard was wonderful.

All I can say is OMG what a beautiful home. Wat better than the pictures could convey. Comfortable, spacious, beautiful decor (Pam is lucky still to have the picture in the living room), and everything you need is already there. Beach was a healthy 5 minute walk. 2.5 blocks. We had the best time and it was all because we felt so at home. Thanks! We'll be back!

Our family fell in love with this house! The owner has everything you need and made it easy to move right in. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. We were a short walk to the beach which we visited everyday. The backyard was private and the perfect place to have dinner on a big outdoor table. We didn't want to leave. It is a lovely house that anyone would enjoy.

Fantastic weekend in Boca! Great house!

We rented this property for a long weekend. Had several family members flying in to visit my daughter and celebrate her recent wedding. We decided to rent a home vs. renting several hotel rooms. The house was a big hit with the whole family! It is a great house - recently and beautifully renovated with three roomy bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is in the master suite. There is a large living room and a den with a pull out couch. Many of the rooms open onto the lovely back yard and pool. The house is wonderfully equipped for a group. There was a dining room and an outdoor dining area, a grill, lounge chairs for the pool and beach, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen was also very well supplied with everything you will need except food and drinks. Pam was terrific to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend the property. We would rent it again anytime.

If you've ever been in the Palm Beach/Broward area and didn't stay in this home, you have truly done yourself an injustice. It is tucked in a marvelous, quiet neighborhood, steps away from the beach and all that it has to offer. Being from Florida, I only shop at Publix and there was one within blocks of the house. It has every ammenity you can imagine, plus! My family enjoyed every meal on the back porch overlooking the beautiful pool, with a ceiling fan and a cool breeze keeping us comfortable even in June. The entire house was spotless and beautifully designed....it made me feel very much at home. Pam has done an unbelievable job furnishing and decorating this home, I just can't say enough positive things about it! And by the way, Pam is the best. She was so easy to work with and extremely gracious. The next time we come back to this area, this is the only place we'll stay. Thanks again Pam, for a perfect vacation! :)

We are a first time VRBO renter and Pam was sooo patient with us and so quick to respond to our inquiries. She was very open and provided us with all the information that we had asked about. Her home is beautiful and was just exactly what we were looking for. Our daughters are 18 and 20 and they so enjoyed having their own bedrooms. My husband and I loved having our free space to sit and enjoy the view and read. We enjoyed being serenaded by the frogs at night and actually named two geckos Bella and Riley which are our two dogs who we left behind in Wisconsin. We were able to walk to the beach, to the litle shopping area in Deerfield Beach and Whales Rib!! Loved the food there... Even though it rained on and off during our stay, the 'roof' outside over the patio table allowed us to still be outside and still enjoy the warm weather!! We were just very pleased with the home, with the location and with Pam!! We hope to come back with friends some time soon.

Great Family Vacation Place!

We stayed one week with our two small children and can't say enough good about the accomadations. It was the perfect location (walking distance from the beach). Everything you can think of was provided. The kitchen is well stocked (we love to cook!), beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the house suited our needs perfectly. Lots of open space so the kids could play while we prepared dinner and when it was time for the kids to go the bed we could socialize without waking them up. The pool was clean and a refreshing break from the beach; the covered patio offered needed shade at mid day. The easy to use grill made our evening meals tasty and memorable. We loved the area of Boca Raton for its convienence of shopping, beach, and activities. Great place will go again!

This large, beautiful three-bedroom home is well-maintained. We were provided with all household necessities we could possibly need. The owner was very pleasant and very easy to work with. The photos do not do justice to the home. The house is decorated in a clean and modern fashion. The split floor plan was very comfortable. An additional den space on the side of the second and third bedrooms provided additional living space with an ample desk for our computers. The outdoor patio and pool area was very scenic and pleasant as we spent time just relaxing or eating outside on the covered patio. The home was very spacious and comfortable, making the visit very much like home. The house is located in an ideal location in a quiet, residential neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and Deerfield Beach restaurants. We could easily walk to a restaurant for dinner and enjoy an after dinner stroll back. How pleasant! We enjoyed our three week visit immensely and would definitely consider another visit in the future.

Highly Recommended Vacation Home

Our family had a wonderful spring break vacation in this home and we highly recommend it. The home has been recently renovated and everything is tastefully done. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and then some (linens, beach towels, beach cart, all kitchen items, grill, WiFi). The home was very close to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and we could get morning exercise running past many multimillion dollar homes. The home was also close to grocery store, restaurants, shops. The homeowners were very gracious and provided us with all their contact information in case we needed them. We grilled outside and ate many enjoyable dinners by the very private backyard and pool. We also appreciated that the kitchen and home was stocked with all basic items (coffee, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). We can't wait to come back next year.

WE had a most wonderfrul tiem. Property in "real time" was just as it showed on VRBO. The house was exremely well equipped with disihes, flatware, and glassware. Enough space for storage, and plenty of linens, beach towels and everything neede to make our stay pleasant. We enjooyed the pool and patio, where we spent a lot of time, and especially enjoyed eating and werving meals outside. The pool and garden were very well maintained by people hired by the owner to hlep make our stay accomodating. The house is in a beautiful neightbourhookd of Boca RAton, close to the beach- walk if you like- as well as nearby grocery shopping, reswtaurants,, and general shopping as well. Cleaning person made available for hire, if you should want to, and our owner was most helpful and approachable when and if need, the house is laid out in such a way, that guests and/or children can have some privacy form the master bedroom. This is a lovley feature. All in all a happy time was had, We would be happy to recommend this property if asked.

We had a most enjoyable time. Property was extremely well maintained , and very well equipped with dishes, glassware, linens, beach chairs. Pool and garden were looked after on a regular basis by people who were sent in. Property was very close to food and general shopping which were all very accessible by car, and was in a very desireable neighborhood. the house is divided in such a way, that visitors and/or children are in a seperate area, and thus everyone can enjoy some privacy, when needed. We would be happy to amswer any questions from future renters. The owner was always helpful when needed .The house showed in "real time" as it did in the vrbo photos!! As well the owner has a cleaning person on call for renters' needs, should you wish to hire her. Most efficient person. Lots of storage space to put things away. Plentyof beach towels as well as regular every day towels. What we enjoyed a lot was the back yard patio where we had most of our meals, including breakfast. BBq was in perfect working order. All in all, a happy time was had .

A delightful way to spend a week in Florida

The house looked good in the photos and was even better in person. Very clean, well-outfitted, comfortably air-conditioned and lots of space. Mattress was comfy, shower was roomy - all in all, very relaxing. It was only me and my husband but the house has two extra bedrooms and a sleep sofa in den so it could easily accommodate several generations. Pool was lovely - but be aware that it is not heated so we couldn't use it at all. We weren't fortunate with the weather, as it was cool and rainy, but we could sit outside under an awning at a spacious table. (Again, excellent space for more people.) Pam was very helpful in answering questions and providing info about surrounding area. I would definitely recommend the property to others, with the warning about the pool. Had the air temperature been higher, it might have warmed it enough to swim. We found the Giant supermarket at El Camino Real to be very close and well-stocked for grocery buying. Loved the Boca Art Museum in nearby Mizner Park. Max's Grill there is also terrific, at any time. Fun to go to beach in Deerfield Beach because more stores/restaurants/boardwalk are there. Neighborhood is just lovely for long walks or taking a run.

I loved my stay here! I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. Everything that I needed was provided and more, even down to a wheeled cart to take my things to the beach. The house and furnishings are beautiful and the back yard and pool are private. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and enjoyable for walking. Nice restaurants, shops and the Deerfield Pier are very close too. The owner was available by phone at any time and happy to help in any way. I wanted to move in and never leave!

The PERFECT Home!!!!!

I had the great fortune of renting this gorgeous home for two and a half weeks in August 2011. Everything about it was perfect: from the immaculate tile floors, the bright, sparkling blue pool and patio (with a covered area with a table under a big fan for picnics by the pool), to the dark hardwood floors in the master bedroom (and the bed in the Master was sooo comfortable!). The owner was incredibly gracious and friendly--if I had even the smallest question, she would call me back with the answer immediately. The living room is huge and has the most comfortable wrap-around black leather couch and a giant plasma TV. The living room winds into a dining area with a long formal table & chairs. Two of the bedrooms are very large--the third is smaller but still has plenty of room. The owner has an incredible knack for interior design--all the paintings, centerpieces---even the tiles in the bathrooms were so tasteful and elegant (this includes even the small touches, such as shells in a big glass vase!) This warm, inviting home was filled with everything I needed---plates, silverware, glasses, pots & pans....even laundry detergent (there is a huge laundry area inside with an ironing board). Bordering the pool is a wonderful lawn with beautiful flowers placed in different areas--the grass is thick and bright green ("barefoot grass" as we folks from Miami call it!) My dogs had a great time running and playing in the large, fenced in yard. This wonderful home is located near everything---but is still very exclusive (there are multi-million dollar mansions surrounding the area, so it is very, very safe). It is also only a short walk to the beach (and the owner had stocked beach towels, chairs and even a beach umbrella in the large garage for me!) There is NO doubt I will stay in this amazing house again the next time I am in Boca Raton--I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone---whether you are by yourself, with a partner or family (bring your dog!)--whose main concern is to rent a home where you can feel safe, happy, incredibly comfortable and SPOILED!:-)

I stayed in this gorgeous home for two weeks in August 2011. The owner is incredibly gracious and friendly and made sure I had everything I could possibly need (and more). If I had a question--even a minor one--she would return my cimmediately.The house was exquiste--shiny tile floors, hardwood floors in the Master, wide-screen TV, large dining table, crystal clear pool and covered area on the back patio with a fan to keep me cool. The kitchen is large and was fully stocked with silverware, plates, etc. The laundry area was large and the machines very efficient. The owner has a knack for interior design decoration--everything...from the paintings to the small touches (such as shells in crystal jars) to the large bathrooms was incredibly elegant & tasteful.. Even the lawn has "barefoot grass" (very familiar to this woman who grew up in Miami)--thick, green grass bordered by plants and flowers in the back yard. I brought my dogs with me--they loved racing around the large yard! The house is also walking distance to the beach and close to everything else...it is on a small island (surrounded by multi-million dollar mansions) so the neighborhood could not be safer. When I return to Boca Raton on business or pleasure, there is no doubt I will stay in this wonderful house again...everything about it (including the owner) was perfect!
