Spacious, newy renovated 3 bedroom unit located in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire. Newly renovated, this spacious unit is a nice upgrade from a traditional ski condo.
Waterville Valley is often referred to as an “Island in the Forest” since it is completely surrounded by the mountains in the White Mountain National Forest. It is an area of unsurpassed beauty, away from the sprawl and uncontrolled growth of other resort communities.
This unit is literally a few steps away from the White Mountain National Forest. A cross country skiing trail is out the back door. The mountain's complimentary shuttle bus service makes a stop at these condos and will take you directly to the Waterville Valley ski area.
We are within walking distance to the White Mountain Athletic Club, a million dollar facility with an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, tennis and racquetball. Daily usage fees apply ($10 per person/$25 per family, whichever is less) if you’d like to use the facility.
Cable TV and WiFi is also provided to you at no additional charge. You are responsible for utilities (electricity and heat). The unit offers propane heat.
Pet friendly! Dogs are permitted with the payment of an additional fee ($250 for the season). A security deposit of $500 is also required.
Completely booked for 2012-2013 ski season; taking reservations for Summer 2013.
