My family just got home from spending 3 weeks at the Condo, and we could not be happier. Very quiet private location that is close to the best beaches and many amenities. Owner was very nice about us bringing our children along, and it's ground floor location was perfect for them (they found sleeping on the pull down bed sooo exciting) Very nice remodel with comfortable beds. We've already recommended it to family and friends, and will be back ourselves as well.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this condo unit in March for 9 nights. It was our first trip to Maui and the first time we had stayed in this unit. We were not disappointed. It was nice and quiet. It is set back behind a small strip mall, so you do not get the noise from the busy street. Great location, right across from Kamaole Beach 1, so it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler, everything needed for a day at the beach. It is close to the local ABC store, with a Pizza hut behind and lots of choices of eating places and shopping. You can walk to all 3 of the Kamaole beaches. We did rent a car after a few days to go see the rest of Maui. Lots of free parking behind the unit. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had an amazing time in Kihei with all the extras we could ask for in this unit. The kitchen remodel is nice with all the amenities one could possibly want. Thank you Rodney for allowing us to use your Maui getaway!

We just returned from a week on Maui and your condo helped make it the perfect vacation! Your condo was clean, neat and very comfortable with a bright, tropical feel. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing meals, though we ate out alot with so many restaurants within walking distance. We loved being just two minutes from probably the best beach in Maui and rented snorkel gear and a paddle board from the shop in Dolphin Plaza next door. We can't wait to come back!

This condo was perfect. Everything the description says and more. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 month old son for 9 days and it was wonderful. Location is perfect. SO close to the beach and shopping and food. It was clean and well stocked and well decorated.

This condo was one of the favorite parts of our trip to Maui during September 2007! We loved that it was so comfortable for relaxing after busy days of sightseeing and activities. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some) for making breakfast and food-to-go for the beach. The grounds of the complex were very beautiful and peaceful. It was also fantastic to be so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I did so much searching and reading of descriptions of possible places to stay and I am so pleased that I chose your condo! Thank you, thank you!

What a beautiful Condo! And so convenient to shopping, restaurants and the best beaches in the world. The one word which sums up this condo, comfortable. We felt at home right away. Full sized, overstuffed furniture, comfy bed, loads of closet space, and a fully equipped kitchen (more appliances than I have at home). In our 2 weeks on Maui we traveled the island in our rental car, trying almost every beach, and yours is the best location on the island. All the BEST beaches are close by (Mokapu is our favorite). Kam I across the street was our sunset walk every night. Beach toys in the closet, boogie board, beach chairs. We left a new beach chair and a beach umbrella for the next folks. R & T have done a great job here. We will be back, no doubt about it. Not even going to look for another place, this is it.

Oh My Heck! What a great experience we had! We took our kids last spring and we're headed back in October with our best friends for MORE fun. This place has everything you need. One quick stop at Costco (near the airport),on the way to the condo and we were set for 9 days of "FUN & SUN"! Beautiful condo with all the extras. We have never stayed anywhere that was so nice and for such a great price.

After seven visits to Hawaii, I was finally able to visit Maui in April 2005. Thank You R & T for helping make that possible. Your condo is EVERYTHING you say and MORE. It says "Welcome Home" from the moment you set foot inside. My travel companion from London (I'm from Los Angeles) commented that he now understands what it must be like to live in an American home. Your location is close to shopping, including Beach Road Records in the Dolphin Plaza with a great selection of Hawaiian Music CD's, easy walks to restaurants and the beach - we couldn't ask for anything more. We appreciated the peace and quiet and I enjoyed waking up to the mountain view from the patio each morning. The murphy bed is very comfortable. After hiking Haleakala the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were so welcoming. All your thoughtful details made our stay very special. Whether it was the DVD's, Video Tapes, Guide Books, Picnic Coolers, Beach "Things", Kitchen Utensils or information how to use the washer and dryer. The emergency kit in the kitchen cabinet was certainly something we were happy not to need, but it also put our minds at ease knowing where to turn if we did. I sincerely want to take this opportuntiy to say Mahalo for making our stay in your "Home" very comfortable, uncomplicated and memorable. I can't wait to return, keep a light on in the window. We loved our stay in Kihei and your condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was clean & roomy and had everything we needed and more. We made fresh bread most days with the bread maker, enjoyed playing tennis or swimming while supper was being barbequed and ate most of our meals on the spacious lanai while enjoying the island breezes. October 2004 was our 3rd trip to Hawaii, and the best one yet! We loved the location of your condo. So close to restaurants, shops and especially the beach. The condo was very clean and supplied with plenty of cookware, towels, etc. The views are spectacular. We loved sitting on the back porch and having breakfast while looking at the mountains in the distance. A great way to start each day in paradise. We definitely plan to stay there again.

We found the condo to be everything plus more! It was very clean with all the comforts of home! The only thing that was missing was wine glasses. Other than that, it was great; close to the beach and close to all amenities! The couch was VERY comfortable. It is the next best thing to a home away from home without the hotel feel. What a beautiful condo. Everthing was so convenient. We BBQ'd every night. We took little day trips to all corners of the island, and then came home and just relaxed in the hot tub. Just came back from a week at your place. It was everything you described it as plus more. All the comforts of home. You can bet I'll be back next year. What a great beach. So close. Frisbee every night, beautiful sunsets, the softest sand I've ever felt. Got to go scuba diving every day. The unit was so clean and really had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a great vacation, and save me a spot next June!
