  This condo can't be beat for location and price. MKV is the absolute best place to stay in Kaanapali. Quiet low key paradise on one of the best swimming beaches on the island. The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Beach towels, beach chairs etc, even shampoo and conditioner provided. Barbara was a joy to work with, immediately responded to all my e-mails. The price can't be beat anywhere on Maui. We will definitely be returning next year, mahalo Barbara

  Barbara was very easy to work with and their condo is wonderful, just right for a family of 3. They had more than enough things in the kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds including the sleeper and great garden view and partial ocean view. Very nicely decorated and MKV is by far our fav place to stay. Some folks even left pool toys for kids in the closet and my daughter took advantage. We left a sand bucket and shovel behind in case another child can use them. I would highly reccommend this owner and their owner. Great job and we had a great stay in Maui.

  No granite counter tops, SS applianaces or Tommy Bahama furniture here. Just simply clean, quiet and very comfortable. The owner provided enough beach and bath towels for the whole family. She returned my call almost immediately to answer my questions regarding check-in procedure. Everything you read and see regarding this unit on VRBO is spot-on accurate. My only request to the owner is don't change a thing!

I am going to dissappoint you by letting you know that the condo is scheduled for an upgrade in August. We will be adding granite counter tops, new cabinets,fixtures, and lighting.   A great property for stay. The room was clean and neat and had all we needed. Everything was just as described, the owner was quick and responsive with lots of great information. The beach is awesome and probably the best one we saw on Maui. All activities we planned were within a reasonable distance. I would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to stay.

  This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. When our family planned this Maui trip, we knew just where we wanted to stay for a great value and fantastic location. The listing and photos are all accurate re: this clean studio condo with a comfy bed, good kitchen set up and large bathroom area. The partial ocean view is an outstanding bonus and it's only a short stroll to the sand, gentle waves and good snorkeling. The Kaanapali Villas property is beautifully landscaped, well maintained and the outdoor BBQs are clean and handy for a quick meal. This property is family oriented with a friendly staff. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return!

  Maui Ka'anapali Villas is the place to stay for our family, and Barbara's unit had everything we needed to make our most recent trip carefree and enjoyable. We stayed nearly three weeks at this beautiful resort and couldn't have been happier. The resort is the perfect place for our young family (two kids under two): the grass area with lounge chairs (shady for the babies!), the white sand beach, beautiful pool with shallow kiddie area, shuffle board, free shuttle bus to Whaler's Village, and more! We appreciated MKV's proximity to great restaurants a short walk up or down the beach. The free Mai Tai afternoon put on by the hotel every Thursday was great fun, and the complimentary coffee in the mornings was appreciated as well! Ka'anapali is a great base from which to make day trips. Barbara's condo unit was a great, affordable place to stay for us. We had everything we needed: - a well-stocked kitchen for in-room meals - boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear - beach chairs and towels - very comfortable king-size bed - plenty of room in the unit for two playpens plus all the other baby gear we had - very, very clean and well-kept Barbara was a wonderful host. She is easy to get in contact with, replied promptly to any e-mails, and graciously let us extend our checkout time until 7pm. Thank you, Barbara and family. We will be back!

  Our family of four stayed in this unit. The accomodations exceeded our expectations! Working with the owner was a bonus as she helped with details regarding the area, local activities and the condo furnished everything we needed for our trip including a cooler, lounge chairs and plenty of beach toys! Not only was the room perfect for our needs, the Maui Villas resort is in an excellent location directly on the beach with easy access to the entire island. The grounds are in a low density area which creates a less busy feel than other resorts in the area. We were able to snorkel and view sea turtles 50' from our beach front. In addition, Black Rock, is a very short distance and an incredible place to snorkel. Mahalo Barbara, for sharing your wonderful bit of paradise! We hope to return soon.

  Aloha, Barbara, Your condo was wonderful! We loved the resort, location, beach, and the condo was very comfortable. We would love to stay there again! We ate at the Aloha Mixed Plate twice, it was so tasty and charming! Would never have found it without your list. Also glad to see the condo stocked with basics like TP, paper towels, trash bags, salt & pepper, etc. to get us through the week. We do hope to get back to beautiful Maui reasonably soon, and would happily book your place again.

When we travel, we are always irked when we arrive at a place and we have to restock the entire unit for our stay. My pet peeve is having to buy 150 coffee filters for a week's stay! That is why we try to anticipate our guests' needs and stock our condo with beach towels,TP, spices, plastic wrap, ziplocks, and of course, coffee filters! We're happy that you found our "Favorites List" helpful. Some people stop at Costco travelling from the airport on their way in. We stop at Aloha Mixed Plate for Mai Tais and Kalbi Ribs.   Our stay was wonderful! The condo is clean and well stocked. The king size bed is very comfortable. Barbara was so kind, hospitable and caring. Have been to Maui many times, and love the Kaanapali Villa, the grounds, the location. We would easily recommend coming to this condo to anyone. (We are in our late 60's.)

  Thank you so much again Barbara and family for sharing your wonderful condo with our family. It was perfect for our needs, clean, and in a great location. We did a helicopter tour, golfed on Lanai, took a whale watching tour, and went deep sea fishing. Maui Kaanapali Villas was a great base camp, and had a great pool and beach. We had a wonderful stay in Maui, and really enjoyed your condo. Thank you so much again for letting us have a late check out as well. Barbara is very generous and a pleasure to deal with.
