Whether you’ve come to soak up the sun, relax or go kayaking with eagles & otters right out front in Joe Creek. Maybe you might take a minute walk down to the ocean and play on the private beach right out front, have a BBQ, beach family picnic, roast smore’s over the fire pit or watch a storm roll in. You might go Salmon fishing for some of the largest world record fish caught on the famous Quinualt River less then 10 miles away. Clam digging for the largest best clams ever! There’s something for everyone.
This house is amazing with extra large picture windows with a view from every room. Professionally designed to capture the beautiful sunsets and rolling waves out front. Our home is completely private but only minutes away to restaurants, bowling & shopping in downtown Pacific Beach or visit the cute little town of Seabrook. Go 14 miles south to Ocean Shores and enjoy the Quinault Casino. The house got its nickname “ The Bond House” for its windows that allow you to see out but no one can see in for privacy with electronic roll shutters to use as shade from the sun or privacy to lock down the house. Gourmet kitchen with a 15 ft granite bar for entertaining. 50 inch plasma TV with surround sound. This house is over and above all other rentals on the Washington coast.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$485.00 & $385.00 per night depending on Season rate. 2 night minimum. A weekly rated discount can be worked out with owner. $Deposit is amount of $600. $450 will be refunded after we see condtion of house after your stay. All deposits are held and need at least one month notice of cancellation There is a addtional cleaning fee of $150 which will come out of deposit. Oct-Mar $385 per night Excludes Holidays check in 4:00pm - checkout 11:00am Prices are for no more then 6 people per night. wow we all had a great weekend there. The house was practically brand new and right on the water! we were all very impressed with the kitchen and bar and found that it held a lot of people throughout the house. its great to be so close to your own private beach where we spent time making beach fires and roasting marshmallows. I will definetly be coming back. ps love the electronic roll shutters! we slept till the afternoon somedays.

We stayed at this Pacific Beach home in February 2011 for my Mom's 83rd birthday. My sisters and brother and their families were all able to be there in one capacity or the other. A couple of them brought their RV's and stayed in the state campground across the creek. We had so much fun! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the house was even better than described. It is a beautiful property, that mixes tasteful elegance with comfortable beach house. Not to mention, the breathtaking views from every room in the house! We stayed for a week which spanned over a clam tide weekend. We spent endless hours, eating, drinking, beach combing, digging clams, having bonfires, playing boardgames, relaxing, enjoying each other, etc....the list goes on. Some of the highlights of the house we enjoyed most: The house has a great indoor/outdoor BBQ room, so you can prepare and grill your food outdoors in a totally enclosed side porch area; The AMAZING jacuzzi tub in the master suite, where you can sink in bubbles and watch the surf, at the same time; The floor to celing windows throughout the house that allow you to never REALLY have to stop enjoying the beach, even when its time to come in; The huge, modern kitchen and open living room, which allowed our entire family to cook together and gather for meals and indoor fun. I could go on and on for days. It would probably be easier for me to tell you the things I didn't like about this property. The answer to that would be nothing. It was FANTASTIC, AMAZING, and BEAUTIFUL! If you have the opportunity to stay in this special property...you should. I think you will never forget it if you do. I know, I never will.

Dream beach house

If you are ever fortunate enough to stay in this house, do it! You won't be disappointed. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to "get away from it all" and still have every comfort you need. The home is more gorgeous than any model home you've ever seen and has all the conveniences you'll need. And if you really crave peace and quiet, and would love to feel safe and secure, the electric shutters are an ultra-sophisticated way to ensure that you get exactly that! The rear of the house faces a beautiful private cove, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk on a lovely beach and where we collected a lot of sand dollars. This was one of my family's very favorite places to go, and we hope to visit it again soon!

My wife and I chose this very special “Bond House” for a family rendezvous, bringing our two adult sons and their significant others, from the Midwest and New York, to spend time with us as a family. We could not be happier with this choice. The location on a remote stretch of the Pacific Coast of Washington is like no other with unbelievably spectacular views and a private setting. The front vista offers dramatic views of the ocean, all just a few short steps from the front door, and on the side is an idyllic freshwater stream emptying into the ocean. This exquisite setting can best be described as elegance in the midst of nature. Yet, all of this is a short distance from the Olympic National Park and the resort town of Ocean Shores. The house itself matches this magnificent setting. From the moment you enter it is obvious that it has been decorated by professionals with top of the line appliances, state-of-the art electronics, a fully stocked kitchen, and three private sleeping areas. The “wow factor” from all the thoughtful design features continues to remain in our thoughts, as well as with the rest of the family who came to meet our future daughter-in-law. The house comfortably entertained a group of 30 for that special event.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the beach house numerous times. It is truly "heaven on earth." The home itself is beautiful yet casually comfortable and always immaculately maintained. The layout is open and spacious and each bedroom has it's own bath. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with appliances and dishes, even a dual wine cooler. It is fun to walk on the beach, kayak in the creek or walk the short distance to the quaint town of Pacific Beach for a little shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing get-away.

This home is stunning.......very-well designed and in a great location within walking distance to the water. "Attention to detail" is prevalent throughout the property. The owners are great to work with and made our vacation experience delightful. They are also very user-friendly! The remote-controlled blinds were a special treat for our family and provided complete darkness once engaged. Great place to visit, & don't forget to sign the guest book.

As native Washingtonians, we have stayed at dozens of ocean properties over the years, but this is by far the most beautiful and restful place we've ever found. The location is ideal - right on the beach - and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The sunsets are gorgeous and the landscape is filled with wildlife. It was fun to watch eagles from their nearby nest soar over the waves hunting for fish! The home itself is amazing. It has a spacious kitchen furnished with every modern convenience imaginable. The living and dining rooms are large and surrounded by floor to ceiling windows so you never miss anything going on in God's creation. The master bedroom and bath are big and impeccably designed for that perfect romantic getaway. It also has a second bedroom, a loft, and two additional bathrooms so a whole family can stay together. And everything sparkles! It's clear that the owners take great care in keeping everything in great shape, including the landscaping around the home. The pictures can only tell part of the story because this home is also situated close to restaurants, stores, historical sites, and other tourist attractions. We give it the highest recommendation possible!

This place is wonderful. Has the most awesome, restful view of the ocean. Great for Clam digging, fishing, hiking, and general relaxation. It is very clean, and maintained wonderfully. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Have stayed there twice and will return again.
