HERITAGE BAY is a new luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and is approximately 20 min from Ft. Myers airport, and within a 15 drive to Old Historic Naples, home to boutiques and the finest restaurants.
Clam Pass Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Beach are also approximately 20 minutes away. Beautiful shopping and dining is available at Miromar, Coconut Point and Waterside shops. The new Mercato shopping center has an incredible movie theatre with great dining.
Naples famous sunsets are exquisite especially from the glorious
beaches and beachfront restaurants. Well known Sanibel Island and Captiva are about 40 minutes away as is Ft Meyers beach and town.
HERITAGE BAY is a community mostly known for it's championship golf course which offers 27 challenging holes. The 5 tee boxes make it suitable for beginners and expert players alike. The course itself is gorgeous, set amongst beautiful landscaping and lakes.
Heritage Bay offers 9 hole and 18 holes golf leagues for women and 18 hole golf leagues for men. Free unlimited golf is available with this rental. You only need to pay the cart fee and transfer costs
All leagues are open to renters.
Heritage Bay which is surrounded by natural preserves and lakes also includes a magnificent two story Clubhouse with a dining room and bar and grill room overlooking the golf course and exquisite lakes. The community offers a incredible fitness Center, and exercise room with any kind of exercise equipment you would desire. There are seven lighted tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments, 7 pools including a Resort Style Main Pool and Hot tub and a Tiki Bar.
Cocktail hours, entertainment and dinner dances are held in the beautiful dinning room and grill room. BBQ's and cocktail evenings are often held around the main pool. A driving range and putting and pitching greens are also offered.
There is also a billiard room with 3 full size tables, the card and mah jong rooms, and the book clubs making your day and evening
full of potential activities if you wish. Or you can just choose to relax on your screened in Lanai.
Our condo is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroomed and den and 2
bath apartment with a screened in lanai which offers a beautiful panoramic view overlooking the golf course and lake.
The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and Corian counters. This condo has covered parking and is situated minutes
from one of the local pools.
There are men and ladies golf clubs available for use, by agreement. We also have bikes and beach equipment for you to use. All you need to bring is clothes and toiletries.
