Newly updated, safe, quiet property with a beautiful community pool is centrally located to the Orlando theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, championship golf courses, acquatic center, Brevard Zoo, and local performing art center, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters.
Our downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, and stainless steel refrigerator, fully furnished dining room, living room with TV with cable, internet, DVD, gaming system for your enjoyment, a half bath, patio, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, and nearby dry cleaning if needed.
Upstairs master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, TV with cable, full master bath, ample closet space, and private balcony. The 2nd guest room is furnished with 2 twin beds, generous closet space, and a full guest bathroom. Both bedrooms offer ceiling fans. The floors are wood laminate with carpeted stairs, leading to the ceramic tile floors downstairs.
