Opposite the townhouse are fabulous tennis courts. Walk a couple of minutes more and you get to a dream golf course. Walk in the opposite direction of these and in less than 5 minutes you are in the heart of the town centre, right where the Roger Dean Stadium is and lots of restaurants and nightlife.
They call the waters off Jupiter, "Sailfish Alley". You can fish the Gulfstream all day and never lose sight of land.
Your pool is less than 100 steps from your door. Many parks and recreational activities in the area. If you like to "Shop 'till You Drop", there are 220 upscale shops at the Gardens Mall just a few minutes to the south. It is one of the most beautiful malls I have ever seen. Downtown At The Gardens, A new mall around the corner boasts an even greater shopping experience with 100+ additional specialty shops.
Golf in the area is abundant. They say there are more golf courses in Florida than any other state. It's no wonder Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Greg Norman choose to live nearby.
Cruise ships and Casino Cruises are only 3 exits south on I-95. Rural Florida is just to the west. The Okeechobee Rodeo is big-time rodeo action. All the cowboys from Texas and Mexico show up to ride (or try to!). "The Lake" - Lake Okeechobee, still has the world record large mouth bass in it. (That's what my pals say!) Lots of outdoor sports shows are shot there. A little known fact: Lake Okeechobee is the largest lake in the United States.
West Palm Beach is just 15 minutes to the south. City Place (More great shopping) and Clematis Street Night life await you. Just to the north is Stuart, Florida. A quaint old town with lots of history. Disney World is 2 hours north. Happening Delray Beach is just a half hour to the south. Another 100 Cafes, restaurants and specialty shops line this old town's Atlantic Avenue. Pick up a Palm Beach Post. There is always something happening in the area.

Why the Owner Chose JupiterI love Jupiter and in particular the Abacoa area. My townhouse is accessible to everything. As a Brit I love to walk and my home enables me to walk to shops, activities etc if I so choose.

WIFI is also complimentary and available throughout the home. Couple that with a wireless multifunction printer and you are able to send documents to print without being next to the machine! Most of the lighting in this home is on automatic sensor. This ensures that you feel comfortable going from room to room without needing to find the light switches. The house also has a monitored alarm system. There are also sprinklers in every room.

My Husband and I stayed in this beautiful townhouse during the month of March. The photographs and description of the property are accurate but you have to experience it to really appreciate this lovely home. The townhouse is extremely well appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances that were spotless. We were greeted by the property manager when we arrived and she was also available throughout our stay for any questions or problems. There were also many special touches such as two lovely cut glass bowls filled with fresh fruit and a refrigerator stocked with a case of water when we arrived. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the master bedroom is much larger than pictured. The area is very quiet, scenic and safe. We have always stayed in a gated community but this area felt very secure and safe without the gates. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and on most days I was the only one there. It is steps away from the property. The Gardens Mall, Legacy Place and West Palm Beach are nearby and the location provides easy access to I-95. There are many great restaurants in the surrounding area. Donald Ross Village is two miles away with several new dining venues. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay in this lovely "home away from home". Everything regarding the rental was handled in the utmost professional manner we would feel comfortable recommending this property to a friend or relative.

An ideal and comfortable base for a vacation visit to the area and also to have a few friends round. Spotless, beautifully appointed and fully equipped to include all those little details, (including the paper staple remover!) Convenient for restaurants within walking distance and short drive to everything else we needed. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

WOW! a fantastic rental, which far exceeds the impression given by the photographs and description. Absolutely everything you need for a luxury stay away from home. I can't think of a thing which you might need that wasn't already in the property. This even includes a Tom Tom navigation system, already pre-programmed with routes to local visitor attractions, restaurants etc. Can't wait for our return visit.

We rented the condo for our Christmas in December 2011, and could not have asked for anything more perfect. It was decorated very tastefully and was very clean with all possible amenities provided. The pictures on the website are very accurate, although the rooms are actually larger than they appear in the pictures, especially the master suite. All dealings with the owner were very professional, and we were greeted by a professional couple who provided a very nice welcome for us. The location is great--not far from 1-95 so you can get anywhere easily....about 7 minutes to the beach...great shopping, and a pool less than a block away (although we never had time to use the pool). There are many good restaurants within a few minutes drive. My son lives in South Florida, and said this is literally the safest place he has seen in South Florida outside the gated mansions. Our family travels extensively, and this would rate five stars in our opinion...highly recommended!

Sometimes photos are misleading in the wrong way, i.e what looks good in photos sometimes proves the exact opposite.
