Located at 15625 Front Beach Road, this twenty second floor (# 2201), 1,823 square feet, three bedrooms, three baths, condo is all newly furnished and decorated. Do not confuse this unit with other smaller interior 3 bedroom units that may advertise lower rental rates. This is an EAST END UNIT and is the LARGEST floor plan offered at Aqua.
Located at the popular west-end of Panama City Beach, Aqua offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and all beach activities. Experience the poolside cafe, the whirlpool spa and Gulf Front terrace of pools, fountains and water gardens.
We are located just a short walking distance from Pier Park that features 1,000,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and The Grand 16 Theater. The open air regional lifestyle center is anchored by all of the major brands and have many unique dining options including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Back Porch Seafood and others.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, 37 inch HD flat screen television, DVD player, recliner, ceiling fan, and balcony. The master bath offers a tub, glass enclosed shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
The Guest Suite offers a queen size bed, 32 inch HD flat screen television, ceiling fan, private balcony and bath. The bath has a single vanity, and a shower.
The third bedroom has a full over full bed, 32 inch HD flat screen television, DVD Player, private balcony and bath. The bath offers a tub/shower and duel vanity.
The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area seats four with seating for four others at our large bar. There is additional seating in our living area and on our spacious balcony.
Also, there is a washer and dryer available in the unit.
The living room features a sofa, a love seat and a recliner. The entertainment center features a 46 inch HD flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo. The living room has windows all around and offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, and front beach road.
This unit is in the center of all of the beach activity. If it is sun bathing, swimming, jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, boating, golfing, shopping, dining, or just reading a book and relaxing that you want, then there is no better place than our unit at Aqua and Panama City Beach, Fl. This is one of the finest beaches in the world with pure white sand, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and luxury accommodations. We are within minutes of the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.
Book our unit between March 1st and October 31st and receive FREE BEACH SERVICE. Free beach service includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. This represents a SAVINGS to you of approximately $150.00 per week.

Condo was very very nice everything was great not to much more to say about it cant even begin to think about one thing that was less than excellent. Will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our party of six discriminating travelers recently stayed at 2201 Aqua and the unit exceeded every expectation. Its cavernous 3br/3ba layout is spacious yet cozy, the décor is warm and inviting and the location can’t be beat. You can rent any top-end condo in PCB, but here are five reasons this one is above the rest: 5. Unlimited views via three balconies; 4. almost endless dining, shopping and entertainment at nearby Pier Park; 3. fabulous owners extend great peace of mind; 2. free beach chairs; and 1. curbside elevators make arrival/departure a breeze and beach access almost effortless. With furnishings rivaling most luxury hotels, why rent anywhere else? You won’t be disappointed. Know before you go: bring your own beach towels.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Many great things. First of all....an awesome owner who fulfilled every promise. Now on to the good stuff. This property is THE best layout I've seen. HUGE. 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Great place for two families. Extremely clean and extremely executive. Awesome views. High ceilings. Close to the elevator. I have not been paid to write this....the owner asked me to write a review based on my experience. Flat screen TV's, huge granite bar. Absolutely fantastic. YES I strongly recommend this property and owner for your vacation. VERY TRUSTWORTHY folks.Recommended for: Families with young children.

The week after Labor Day is the best time of the year to vacation at Panama City Beach. The weather was great and the large crowds were gone. The condo was very welcoming and comfortable with exceptional high standards. Clean and accommodating. The view of the gulf was beautiful. The owners have again provided us with another wonderful vacation. Aqua is so close to everything. You don't even need a car to get to anything you want or need. Pier Park is within walking distance, Target is about a half mile away and a brand new WalMart is going in across the street from Target. There are several great places to eat and you don't have to cook.
