Comfy patio furniture on back deck to enjoy the .60 acres. When you walk in this home you will find a newly painted living room with new furniture and a 42 inch flat screen TV. Also on the first floor you will find a dining area, and fully stocked updated maple kitchen (including a lobster pot, ss appliances and dishwasher). Master bedroom features a queen size bed, and in the second bedroom
there is a full bed and a twin size bed.
Walk downstairs to the finished basement to find another queen size bed on one side and a twin size bed on the other side. Also located down stairs is another flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Throughout this home you will find some other great amenities which include: *WIFI INTERNET ACCESS*, *CENTRAL A/C*, **HOT TUB**, and an *OUTDOOR ENCLOSED SHOWER* which will certainly increase the family fun from this beautiful home.

My family stayed at this house last July 2012. We loved the backyard and that it is fenced in for my boys. The house was clean and having central air was awesome for hot summer days. It is on a dead end street which is so quiet and tranquil. We will be returning again this summer. We can't wait till July!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Brewster:
I chose Brewster because i grew up visiting this area of the Cape. I love the bike trails, near by Golf Course and the feel of this town. It's also very close to shopping in the Orleans and Chatham area.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The back yard is huge and fenced in. Great for entertaining and for dogs. The house has an outside hot tub, and is on a secluded street.
