Every bedroom suite has received its own updated Key West identity complete with its own name and unique décor. To integrate the spaces, the entire house has beautiful new exotic dark stained bamboo flooring. All rooms have nice quality tropical furnishings with bright colors. All bathrooms have been maintained and restored to keep their original Key West tiles, and all provide tubs and in-tub showers. Which bedroom suite will you choose? Will it be Suite Cuban Club, Mile Zero Suite, Suite Key West, Little Palm Suite, The Paradise Suite, or maybe you’ll indulge in Suite Key Lime Pie!

This is how it ideally works for a larger group:
We like to set the two suites overlooking Duval Street as your main kitchen / dining room / living room, and lounge / bar area. Together the Suite Cuban Club and Mile Zero Suite overlooking Duval comprise nearly 700 SQ FT of combined floor space and are ideally situated to be your gathering rooms. Drop leaf tables are ready to pull together to set a dining table so your group can sit and eat together.

Both of these spaces have sofas and seating for lounging together as a group. Plus, both have comfortable queen size Murphy beds (that neatly disappear into the wall), so they can also function as sleeping rooms, depending on the needs of your group.

When it’s time to retreat:
Down the hall, on either side, are the other four bedroom suites. These offer maximum privacy with bedrooms, dens, full en-suite bathrooms and kitchens. Just think … you’re with your group, hanging out in the suites overlooking Duval Street or lounging around the pool, and you get to retreat to your very own spacious private bedroom suite!

For bedding, three of the bedroom suites - Suite Key West, Little Palm, Suite, and The Paradise Suite - provide king size beds plus queen sleeper sofas in their own private den. The last suite, Suite Key Lime Pie, offers two twin beds (that can also be made into a king size bed) plus a queen sleeper sofa in its den. And one more feature, there are five foot bi-fold doors between the den and bedroom in each of these suites, so its easy to create private sleeping spaces where you need them.

Grounds:
The entrance to the Top of Duval ~ Incognito building is off a charming residential lane, one block off Duval Street. Immediately off the lane is a spacious private parking lot that provides you with five parking spaces. Set back from the parking lot, as you walk toward the entrance,tall privacy fence and lush landscaping hide your private ground level resort-style swimming pool and sun deck.

It’s a rare amenity to have a private resort style swimming pool and this much parking in this Key West location. Yet on the Duval Street side you’re in the 800 block, a mix of one-of-a-kind shops, award winning restaurants, and close to all famous Key West attractions.

This place really is like having your own private urban-island Duval Street Resort! You’re in the mix of it all, with fantastic eateries and fun bars, and some of the best restaurants in Key West within steps of the property and a dowlook view of Duval Street. Amenities: Private resort style swimming pool. Brand new renovation. Living room / kitchen / dining room and lounge / bar suites overlook Duval Street. Bedroom suites have dens, full bathrooms and kitchens. Separate central a/c in each suite, flat screen cable TV. Linens and towels are provided. Laundry room. Maid service can be scheduled.

Parking: Private off - street parking for 5 cars. Absolutely no boat or trailer parking allowed. From this location you do not need a car. Enjoy walking or biking around the island.

Area: Best restaurants, shops, galleries, clubs, Hemingway House Museum, Custom House Museum, aquarium, Southernmost Point of the U.S., close to beaches. Walk everywhere from here.

Restrictions: Smoke free property. Not "child-proof." Location is best for adults, but well behaved children are okay. We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. Absolutely no pets!
