This centrally located property was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Shopping, restaurants, and golf are all situated within a few minutes of this property. The owner,Adrian, was very friendly and prompt with answers to our questions. The only concern we had was the lack of a place to sit out at the unit. There is,however, a pool within a few minutes walk with lawn chairs. We would recommend this property to anyone who would like a quiet place to get away.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We loved our stay, the condo was perfect for our needs and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find the comforts of home ie...coffee, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash etc. We came to AZ to visit family and the location was perfect; family, shopping, and dining all nearby. Couldn't have ask for more, would definitely recommend!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a wonderful time in Mesa and at this rental property. 1st time of renting this way and it went smooth as can be. The owners were very accomadating allowing us to check in early. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and all the extras like coffee, creamer, tea, olive oil, candles was unexpected and a nice surprise. The condo is located in a very safe neighborhood. I love to walk at night and felt safe when seeing patrol cars in the area. Our fun filled activities were boat ride on the DesertBell paddle boat, horseback riding, golfing at Augusta Ranch Golf Club, hiked the Lost Dutchman State Park, Mesa Swap meet, Tortilla flats, Chase field Diamond back baseball game and did find time to hand by the pool and relax some. Restaurants we tried Rustler's Rooste was fantastic, Filly's was superb, Gracia's and Dos Gringo's. Over all great place to stay and area to visit. Would recommend for family and friends. We already miss the warm sunny days! 5 gals from MN.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We spent the month of January and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had every convenience with great dishes, pots and pans, blender, glasses, crock pot, etc. The washer and dryer even had detergent available, and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and great body wash! TVs were in every bedroom as well as the living room, and games, books and puzzles were available. The location is perfect...just two blocks away from a fitness center, a pharmacy, and medical facilities. My sister-in-law used the medical facilities and was most impressed with the physician and office staff she saw there. And, there are two shopping centers just a few blocks away. It seemed to be pretty centrally located for every place we wanted to go, and we really appreciated the books on the coffee table describing activities around Mesa. One of the very best things was the owner, Adrian. He was very helpful, had a great sense of humor and went out of his way to see that we felt welcome and comfortable....even working on my brother-in-law's computer! He certainly made it feel a home away from home! The kitchen, dining room, living room arrangement was conducive to entertaining, and we enjoyed the new grill that was available. The pool was not heated so was too cold for swimming during our visit, but we seemed to find plenty of other things to do. In the beginning, we were a little disappointed that there was only one bathroom on the main living area which is upstairs, but it actually turned out to be fine. (There is a second bathroom downstairs.) We would recommend this property and would certainly stay again. And, as we stated, Adrian went out of his way to make our stay most enjoyable!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We recently stayed at this property in Mesa AZ.. We were very pleased with the condo. Everything was great and Adrian was a great help with the non techies with the television and searching places on the Ipad. Everything was very beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Would reccomend it to anyone visiting Mesa. The Apache Trail drive was awesome and PF Changs was great. I even got to have Baskin Robins ice-cream again. Charlie and Betty. Stirling, Ont. This condo is excellent. It seems like the owner thought of just about everything to make your stay enjoyable. Various forms of TV entertainment, including streaming Netflix; good, high-speed internet; iPhone/iPod dock speaker thing; high-quality pots, pans, dishware, etc.; plenty of towels and linens--but even if you run out, there's a washer & dryer with various detergents available. I've been to other places that seem okay but you often get let down by lame little things like cheap, thrift-store dishes, and a plastic baggie of powdered detergent, but none of that here! There was even a coffee grinder for a great morning brew. There were 5 of us in our group, including a small child, and it was plenty of space for us. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, and restaurants were all nearby (driving distance). The owner even offered us guides with their own reviews to help us find the best places to eat. Two things lead me to give it a 4-star instead of a 5-star rating, though I'd like it to be a 4.5: 1. There were quite a few air fresheners throughout the house, we were over-powered and went around unplugging all of them. 2. While it was awesome to have Netflix and Cable to watch while the girls went out to shop, there were parental controls restricting all R rated content and no code to be found anywhere for unlocking them. Not a huge gripe and it probably could have been solved with a phone call, but we discovered it the night before we left, so we just dealt with it and moved on. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend it if you're visiting family in the area and want your own homey place to stay.Owner response: Thank you so much for all the kind words we appreciate it. The parental controls on the cable tv was inadvertently set, we didn't know it was on but we removed completely so now any rated movies should play. Glad you unplugged the Air Wick Plugins if you didn't care for them we don't mind at all, we want you treat our condo as your home while here.
