My wife and I rented this condo for the month of April, we had family and a friend visit us during our stay and the general consensus was " Wow, this is awesome ". Thank you Kim and Jay for sharing your wonderful home away from home. The location was perfect, beaches restaurants and bars all within a few minutes drive, thirty minutes to Tampa airport and ninety minutes to Disney. The condo was very clean and well appointed, everything was as advertised and then some, the view from the balcony was spectacular, we spent many hours there reading ( with a glass of wine ) and watching all the amazing wildlife pass by. Your binder was a big help, without it I think we would have missed out on some great restaurants ( think we tried most of them ) and the Dali Museum ( amazing ). We would not hesitate to recommend this unit, it’s all that you could ask for. We will try to come back in the future. P.S. The weather was great for the whole month!

Thank you so much for letting us rent your great condo for the month! We had the best time here and were fortunate enough to share it with our friends and family. All loved it! We enjoyed the dolphins and seabirds everyday. The kitchen was a dream and the washer and dryer was a boon with the grandkids. We have been so many places in the world and this will be added to our list of favourites! We hope to return again sometime. Thanks again.

We enjoyed a wonderful winter here! The location is perfect. Close to downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach. The spectacular views of the water and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge can't be beat! The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Our favorites were the balcony and the guest bedroom with the built-in office. We're looking forward to returning in 2014!

My girlfriend and I have been renting condos on our vacations for years now, and I've not felt compelled to write reviews until now. I write this review only after we have secured our stay here for next year! It is everything you hope a condo will be but you never quite seem to get when you're renting. The photos do not lie. The unit was immaculate, much has gone into decorating and detailing, truly a beautiful spot. The grounds the property sits on are also beautiful, very attractive and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, as we like to cook this is important to us. Nearby Passe a Grille offers so much, especially great places to eat and a beautiful extensive beach to spend the day on. We also trekked North on a day trip and swam with Manatees in Crystal Springs, an amazing experience. The condo is ideally located for the adventurous, close to many attractions. The views from this unit's balcony were beautiful, we could see wildlife almost every morning we were there. The owners of the unit were very accommodating and helpful throughout the rental process, available to answer any question we had. I would highly recommend this property or any property the owners are currently renting, we have seen at least two on the website. They go the extra mile to make you and your time feel very special.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful Condo at Isla. The well stocked kitchen, lovely furnishings, the most comfortable bed we ever had on vacation and awesome view are just some of the reasons. As soon as we walked in the door it was so cozy and welcoming and everything was spotless. There are a lot of extras especially the grill which I used for our sandwiches and wraps at lunch time. Sitting on the balcony when the tide was in was like being on a Cruise Ship surrounded by water and one Sunday night we watched three Cruise Ships as they left Tampa, go under the Skyway Bridge and disappear on the horizon. We loved watching the sun rise over the water in the morning and the dolphins make their appearance later in the day. Relaxing on the balcony or by the pool, walking the beautiful beaches of Passe a grill, St. Pete's and Fort de Sota and fabulous shopping.. it seemed the month went way too quickly. Our many thanks to Kim and Jay for making Unit 807 such a pleasure to rent. We certainly hope to return in the future and would love to stay there again.

The property was spotless throughout and well equipped.The views were exactly as described spectacular !The instructions for axcess were precise -very important after a long flight.The owners were very helpful and the financial details were completed quickly .This is the best condo that we have rented in this area and we would have no problems in recommending this condo to anyone

Owner response: Our Bahia Pointe condo offers spacious, beautifully decorated surroundings with all the amenities you could wish for. The balcony offers unbeatable water views for miles where you will spot dolphins and manatee. Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom as well as the living room. Every room has a water view. We have a spacious new gym in the building, a billiard room and media room. All guests have full access to these facilities. No need to pay for a fitness membership! The sparkling pool is waterfront and offers geothermal heating for constant temperatures in the mid to high eighties. Isla Del Sol is a wonderful place to enjoy walks and admire the perfectly landscaped grounds. It truly is Paradise. We invite new guests to come and experience this perfect vacation spot.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything as described and has each and every guest describes. The owners do really go out of their way to make your vacation a pleasant one, not only with the exceptional Condo and the ease of booking, but arranged for me to join the golf club for the Month doing all the ground work, for myself just having to pay on the Internet. It's these things that make the holiday experience a truly memorable one. The view is as described and will live in my memory until I return. Once inside, like everyone says fine linen, fresh towels, fine wine glasses, and for one that likes to cook fine sharpe knives and cutlery. I had a wonderful and truly memorable month stay here. I will defiantly be looking to return in 2013

Isla Del Sol and especially Bahia Pointe has been our home away from home for 25 years. It is evident we love the area because we keep coming back! We now rent instead of own and your unit is truly tops!! We hope to return again.

Gorgeous, adorable, beautiful and comfortable are just a few words describing the time that we had here. Everything in your dream condo is so well organized and prepared for a perfect stay! We felt like we were at home. Things like candles, vases, cloth napkins, crystal glasses and beautiful pictures made our stay so romantic and unforgettable! We really appreciate your information guide. It helped us visit great places in St. Pete's. Olga fell in love with the Don Cesar Hotel. It is so beautiful and fantastic. Even Tropical Storm Debby could not win over our vacation in this beautiful place! We were so happy here. We will definitely go back some day! Thank you Kim and Jay.

We just returned from our one month vacation and loved this condo. The owners thought of every detail to make the condo comfortable-- from a Brita water pitcher to great beach chairs. The view from the balcony of this condo is superlative, putting you right above the water. Dolphin and manatee sightings are frequent. The pool at Bahia Pointe is great too. This condo is a great choice for your vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and I have stayed at the owners other condo 3 times and decided to try this condo for a change. This place was equally as beautiful with a spectacular panoramic view of the waterway. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning while eating breakfast at the high top table. This condo has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms with fine linens and plush towels. We really appreciate exceptional amenities when on vacation. The decorating in the condo is stunning with great attention to detail. My husband enjoyed working in the office which had a gorgeous view of the water.The kitchen is really well stocked which makes cooking enjoyable. We also love the pool at this condo as it is right on the water. Now we have two favourite condos in Isla Del sol! We can't wait to return!

What a beautiful get away! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and I will miss that. The dolphins and birds made it interesting; plus the boats. Everything is furnished-even binoculars (which were fun to watch the dolphins playing!). We have enjoyed every minute!

What a beautiful condo! The views, the balcony, the furnishings and the area are all first class! We enjoyed our time and the privilege of being part of the Isla community. The outdoor areas are spectacular. Everyone is very friendly and the pool was lovely, especially watching the dolphins playing while we were at the pool. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and we love the Sea Horse in Pass A Grille. The beaches are pretty and clean and close. Sunsets are so pretty. Would definately recommend this condo and will visit again soon.

We had a great resort-style vacation at this Isla condo. We rent somewhere different every year and this was by far the best experience we have had. The property was exactly as described, super well-equipped and beautifully decorated (and spotless). The owners have perfected the rental experience and our arrival and departure was seamless. The property is large and geared to snowflakes like us and the permanent residents were very welcoming and friendly when we encountered them in the gym and pool. The balcony was like an extra room and with the weather above 80 degrees every day we had lots of time to spend looking for dolphins, manatees and osprey, \\\\\\we would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay for the entire month of March-weather sunny and above 80 degrees everyday. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, osprey and even spotted manatee twice. This was a wonderfully equipped home-the best yet for us!

We both felt like we were home. Thank you for allowing us to share this month at beautiful Isla Del Sol. The views are spectacular, we loved the balcony bar high table and chairs. St. Pete Beach was heaven to walk end to end. Your book of restaurants was a big help. We enjoyed your special touches, table settings, complete kitchen, laundry soap, binoculars and so much closet space! We would definitely come back again. Spectacular views of bay and bridges

We stayed at the Bahia condo for 4 weeks and it went very quickly. The condo was decorated to our taste and had all the amenities of HOME. Thanks for thinking of everything. It was truly decorated beautifully. I'm quite the decorator myself!! The master bedroom was large, bed comfortable and plenty of closet space. It was a bonus having a laundry room. There was nothing I needed in the kitchen. Stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, appliances, pots, pans, towels, pantry, great stove and easy to keep clean. The covered parking was a blessing on those windy days. We had the free wi-fi and used it with our ipad. We walked daily at Isla Del Sol and loved the tall Palm Trees. St. Pete Beach was our favorite as we love to walk the long beach from end-to-end. Traveling 10 minutes to St. Petersburg with all the shops, restaurants and pier was a day trip. The Vinoy Hotel there is a wonder to see and the park down the street from the hotel worth the walk. Going into Tampa to the Art Show, Movies, Hyde Park, and visiting family was also fun. Clearwater Beach has more shops, but we loved the town od Dunedin which is north of Clearwater. Small shops, many antique stores if you are into antiques. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The balcony was spectacular! We live on the water in Moriches, New York. We would recommend this to anyone. Quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for 10 days at the Bahia condo just after Christmas this year and had a wonderful time. Our 2 year old was thrilled to watch dolphins swimming by almost every day from the balcony. We comfortably slept three adults and the little guy. The condo was a very relaxing place to spend time in, much better than a hotel room. The furniture was all top quality and very new, as well as the beds being very comfortable. It was also a bonus having laundry machines right in the unit, as we were able to pack much lighter from Canada. The pool was heater to a beautiful 85 degrees, and the hot tub was always around 102. We had quite a few workouts in the well-appointed gym, where we met several of the other unit owners. Other features we enjoyed were; covered parking spot, tons of beautiful birds to look at, free wi-fi, three tvs with cable, and close proximity to Pass-a-Grille, St.Pete's Beach, and Ft. DeSoto Park. We would recommend this condo highly to any vacationers!
