The family area is newly furnished in chic West Indies decor, and features generous seating and a delightful dining area. Our open floor plan allows guests to enjoy family entertainment and meals together. Step onto the private outdoor patio and relax while enjoying a beautiful view! The luxurious master suite is spacious and allows access to a screened outdoor balcony. The master bathroom is beautifully designed with new tile and granite, and features a separate private shower and deep bathtub. Our queen guest suite is finished with new bedding, and leads to the outdoor patio through French doors. Finally, there is an additional guest suite with two full beds and a full bathroom. Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The spreads on the bed needed to be washed immediately. There were many light bulbs out. The dryer did not work properly-- the door would not stay closed. The tv is the master bedroom was unacceptable, the remote in the other upstairs bedroom did not work ( even with new batteries) and the downstairs bedroom tv was too old. We called with no results.Owner response: This review is very surprising as we bent over backwards to make an effort to meet this lady's demands, some of which we had never heard of before. To this day we have not been able to figure out why she thought the bed spreads needed to be laundered. None of them were dirty, and the house had just been deep cleaned prior to her arrival. She never called and said that light bulbs were out, but she did complain that some light bulbs were not bright enough for her. We had never heard of that, and we did not rush over to put different bulbs throughout the house. The latch on the dryer door broke during her stay, the appliance repair man was called and repaired it that day...during her stay. There is a 52" plasma in the family room and a 32" LCD television in the room upstairs. The guest room downstairs does have an older style television that could be updated. Every call she made was answered and responded to on the same day, but no matter what was done. We were unable to make her happy. In short, she was very difficult, rude and disrespectful to me and my employees.
